This is one of the worst hotel I visited so far.When we got into receptionist area there was no one available during night time, Irresponsible staff along with worst food.Receptionist and staff does not know how to communicate with the customers,Food menu has very less items and you need to select one out of 3-4 items,When we went there cook was not available and the food was prepared by helper who does not have idea of menu,Breakfast also they will serve only one variety which is of their choice saying that other customers ordered this and we will prepare that item for breakfast Better avoid this resort and go for other resorts in this area

Hi, I visited there in Jan-2015 with my wife. Hotel is very good for family. Very less disturbance. This hotel has a safe private beach. This is a bit away from main city but cool place. Good food. Fortunately i received a room near cafeteria, you will need to walk a bit for this but the view is awesome. Pankaj Agrawal.

One of the worst hotel I visited so far. Irresponsible management staffs along with worst food. at some point of time I felt that I was not in a service oriented hotel. When you ask for any help they blindly says no and there wont be any staffs available for you to complain . Even when you complain to some senior people the responce seems to be like you are offered accomodation and food free of cost. So if you want to enjoy the poovar go for some other options.

To be frank I am not at all happy with Service & Management. Well staff was so kind natured & helpful but when I stayed there nothing was ready in dinner or breakfast. You will have to do compromise with your food. Even they were not knowing that we were coming. Finally we had to leave hotel without breakfast even if it was in my MAP plan. Oh yeah one more thing, Nishant who was receptionist is really genuine person.

Check in for 9 to 11th Aug'15 for 2 nights. But neither the A/c was working nor the intercom or TV. Forced to check out on the next day. Though we called and checked with the hotel staff in advance it did not worked well
