This is very fabulous property located on the beach in peaceful ambience. this is not near to railway station airport or busy shopping places as this beach itself around some 18 km from trivandrum city There are total 3 beaches and this hotel is located on 2 nd beaches.giving very good view of the sea .but please note the food is typical and very expensive not upto the mark The staff was helping and courtius but food please tell them to improvise.Otherwise i will say everyone in search of relaxation should goto this place

The hotel was a quiet comfortable for a stay. The room was good and cleaned on demand. The bathroom was cleaned but was in style not suitable for average Indian as no jet/water facility was available in the toilet seat. Food quality was average as no north Indian dishes prepared properly even south Indian dishes were not of the standard being in South India. The location and landscaping was very excellent and I'll recommend the hotel for stay.

The location of this hotel is awesome. It is on a small hill that overlooks the ocean and the beach. The landscape view from the room is breathtaking. The pool is great. On the downside, since it is maintained by the Kerala government, the service is not great. The complimentary breakfast buffet is nothing to write home about. The check-in experience seemed like going to a government office for getting some official work done. The staff are indifferent at the reception. On the other hand, whenever I called house keeping for extra towels or any issues, they were prompt. The pool and the hotel grounds are very well maintained. The hotel is not quite value for money in the peak season. The rooms are outdated and need updating. There is no Internet access. The air-conditioner is central and we did not have much control over the temperature. The temperature controls in our room were set to the lowest cooling and it was still a little warm. We had to turn on the fan to stay cool.

The water in the bathroom was very unclean and muddy in color. On complaining the hotel staff simply said it is due to some problem in their water tank. We could not even take bath.
