They initially provided rooms in nearby guest house and calling it their sister property. Rooms and amenities were nowhere matching the ones shown on goibibo at the time of booking. After multiple complaints and escalation they somehow agreed to provide rooms in actual hotel. Very pathetic experience as they wasted our 1.5 hours. Also they only have 2 staff members working in hotel. Please avoid it as you can get better option at lesser price near beach.

The only problem with this hotel is that its a bit inside and hard to find, its alond the sideway of highway in sector 63. Rooms are well maintained, bathroom, ac, tv everything is perfect and staff is also good and polite .. PS : there is no food facility in this hotel

I stayed for one night at Hotel Sunrise By Cave with my mother and grandfather. The hotel is ideal for those looking for a comfortable stay at budget price. The rooms are clean, the property is hygienic. The property has AC and Non AC rooms. Biggest advantage- it's extremely close to the amazingly serene Kovalam beach. Walking distance. Only 200meters. You also get Veg and Non Veg restaurants around the property. There was a little problem on the electricity front where the lights went off at night for some time. But that's situational and not everyone will face the same issue. The managers Aswin and Robin are very helpful and cooperative and at your service smilingly. All in all, a good decent stay.

This is a decently prices hotel which has converted a few rooms into dorms having 4 beds together. This is not a hostel primarily. I was traveling alone and did not get a very safe feeling staying in the room shared by other guys as I generally feel in hostels. Nonetheless, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The place was very near to 2 of the main beaches. You could pick one on either side of the hotel and it was an equal walking distance for both. Location was strategic and the property was also decent. All in all a good weekend stay!

The owner was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean. It's quite near the beach. Bathroom was clean as well. It's an Incredible option for people travelling on a budget. Full marks for value for money!
