I stayed here for 2 days and stay was nice. Rooms were clean and have a good view of light house and sea. Care taker was extremely helpful and she guided us how to roam around and what all places to eat good food. The drawbacks was Car parking space and not breakfast option in hotel. I would love to stay there again and also recommend everyone, especially couples to stay there. The hotel is in prime location and next to light house. Near by you will find so many Ayurveda massage centers that is another plus point.

Arrived at 0830 Hrs after a 12/16 hour flight We were picked from the airport as arranged with the hotel The driver was waiting for us and a very comfortable journey to the hotel Our room ready and we were asked if we wanted a cup of tea which we did have lovely Indian Tea Thank you to the landlady (Shida) Hot water and shower was very good and clean This is a family run hotel and all of them are very helpful Landlady SHIDA and her family will do any thing to help The only downside is WiFi which is not available in the rooms only available in the reception Over all a good place to stay very close to beach and eating places Thank you for making our stay very comfortable Kind Regards Reg Mawee Coventry UK

My stay here for 1 night was one of my worst experiences. The lady who was looking over was extremely rude and unprofessional. The breakfast offered was some stale and sour dosa with some watery curry that they were serving using teaspoons. We wanted tea and coffee but we got watery tea which we could not have. The response from all the people there was a mute answer to everything. If you ask anything, all you get is a "no response" and of course thats never taken care of. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

Hi, Recently we had been to Kovalam on vacation. We stayed in Swapnatheeram for 3 nights which is at prime location but had very bad experience. It is promoted as Beach resort, but its an "home stay" with poor quality service run by a lady owner. She behaves very arrogantly, carelessly and treats as if you are staying freely [without paying] in their rooms. There is no intercom facility and lift facility. Servants behaves like owner and they will never care for you. Rooms are not cleanly maintained and you will find lot of insects inside. They provide hot water, only if you follow up with them multiple times. Everytime AC will switch off automatically. Not sure whether they do it intentionally or it has electrical problem. They don't have Card swiping machine and they will enforce you to pay through cash. I have noticed many other customers also facing same issues. Please don't waste your money by booking in this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel few days back and booked 6 Rooms , but when we checked into the hotel we found the Service is very hopeless and even the owner not ready to listen . We asked for water at 10: 00 PM and they said we will not give it to you as Room Service is closed . Even in Breakfast they not even bothered to serve Toast and Omelette straight away refused and even idli and Sambhar not served properly . Eve the language problem played a role as they don't now Hindi and English . overall a worst Hotel and rude staff with no meaning of Hospitality to the owner also . Dont spoil your trip while going to Kerala .
