Over all, it is a very good value for money resort. The location is pretty good just near by sea. The hospitality is pretty good. The staff were very friendly and service was good.

Amazing view and just few steps to a quiet and comparatively clean beach. Amazing location and very humble staff including the owner. Thank you Palmleaves for making our week long stay a memorable one. Wishing you guys all the best and hope you keep up the same service levels. Thanks.

Looks Good Only in Photos Looks Good Only in Photos

by ShameerHamsa on December 28, 2016

It seemed to be good in the first sight. But, realised that it was just for first sight only. Terrible behaviour of the staff is really an asset to this so called resort. Low Quality Food with more than 2 hours of cooking time. Wow.. What else I have to explain here? Just avoid it.

Definitely NOT a resort, But can enjoy sea. Definitely NOT a resort, But can enjoy sea.

This Place is Definitely not to be categorized as a resort. It is build a home (Single building) with few worst rooms. Rooms is not good. Pool is not maintained and cleaned for a while. Only advantage of this, U are staying in place facing beach. And u can spend your time in beach (we spend up to 1 pm) Service is bad. Restaurant is small and very few items to try. Except once we avoided food from here. Only for Sea/Beach. Avoid it otherwise

Zen Breezes by the Arabian Sea @ Trivandrum Zen Breezes by the Arabian Sea @ Trivandrum

by Betty K on December 17, 2016

I stayed here at Trivandrum to attend a wedding of a friend and having short escapade. I had a room facing the sea, the breeze and the sounds of waves are all I need at that time... Walked on the beachside few times and the villagers are so concern since I was walking alone as the Arabian Sea waves were rough. I bought some fishes from the humble local fisherman early morning and Annie (Owner's wife) cooked it for my dinner and it is yummy, I literally finish 5 moderate size fishes that day. I experienced the first hand riding on the public bus going to city center with guidance of Mathew. (Owner). I was walking alone around the nearby villages and attended mass in one of the church in Malayalam language. Both Mathew and Annie arranged for airport pickup and drop off. They arranged the transport to my friend's wedding, which was 3 hours away and some local visiting. I totally enjoyed the quiet escapade 4 days there.

Avoid it please - Don't waste your money! Avoid it please - Don't waste your money!

I've just gotten back from a 2 days stay and I don't recommend this place to anyone. The area isn't safe, the place is stinking and the rooms are in bad shape. On top of it, the manager cum owner is an arrogant and lazy guy who doesn't know how to treat customers. He has promised us for two days that he'll clean up the pool so that we can enter the pool but his promise was in vain and he didn't clean it up. The place is really dusty and stinking and if we had an option, we would have left early. The food is horrible and the dishes stinks too. If you really want the manager to screw up your vacation with his arrogance, this is the place for you otherwise, stick to any other decent place.

Business Meeting Business Meeting

by johnjoseph2016 on October 2, 2016

It was a business meeting and i was looking for a perfect location where my team can work and have a peaceful stay. We used the conference room and the hotel team helped us setup all the necessary arrangements, we had great breakfast. As we started, we realised that this is the right place for stay, work and relax. We had great support from the resort staff. The Ayurvedic centre relaxed us even further. The evenings in the beach rejuvenates us and i feel it's a perfect combination of serenity and great service.
