Palmleaves Beach Resort

A spacious, private resort, easily accessible and very close to the beach. Rooms are well maintained, and the property and the pool are large enough to host parties for bigger than average groups. Breakfast was moderate, and we had to wait a bit for drinking water, but other than that, we faced no hiccups and had a fun evening

The worst hotel ever we stayed. Giving that 1 start as there is no option for 0. But it is a ’0’ rated stay. Only outside look is there. Once you enter into the hotel you will regret for sure in each and every step. Don’t get confused by seeing positive reviews. Their own people can put a review once in a while to convince people. Stinky smell through out the room, washroom, no proper washrooms, no hot water properly, food don’t even expect, maintenance too worst, irresponsible staff. Pool is in worst condition. Displaying the old edited pics in google.

It is a beach side property having Direct access to the beach privately. Beautiful beach. Not crowded. Nobody will be there night and day. Can see few fishing boats. Very good property. Room are a bit old but they are mainly focusing Ayurveda treatment guests there. There is not much option for a regular guests or for tourist. But the experience of the beach is truly wonderful. Food is also good.

Had gone to trivandrum on an official visit. Had booked this hotel. As this was an official visit I had to get a GST Bill. The staff (Mr.Shanavas) told me on the day of leaving that their server was down so that they would send me the same on the exact day evening. I have been waiting for almost a week. Still I am unable to get a GST bill. So any one planning to visit on an official visit stay away from this resort. Apart from that had got rashes after staying there. Wasn't clean as we would expect. No food available! Morning breakfast everywhere is served around 7 to 8. They'll tell complimentary breakfast but they'll give after 9! Who would stay till 9 for a breakfast! That too when we are in an official visit. And that too even requesting that we would be leaving early so had asked them to prepare accordingly! It's unfortunate that I'm unable to get a reimbursement from my company as they scamed me from getting a GST Bill. So I highly *won't* recommend this hotel!

We didn't Like the wash room with no bucket to bath worst Maintenance never plan here to visit no response with manner before booking all is well but, after everything is bad ’’’’’’ so, don't visit here they are just taking money
