First I have to book my complaint that even after booking two months advance, I had not been given two adjoining rooms because the two adjoining rooms are not available. Then what is logic to book the rooms in advance. The location of the hotel was good because it is very near to the beach. You can walk upto the beach within 2 to 3 minutes but the way from your room to the beach is very dirty and giving bad smell. The location of the standard AC Room is not good as all the standard rooms are on the back side of the hotel. If you had booked the rooms online and made 100% payment in advance, then you have no options but to stay in those backside rooms. In my view the is the best site to book a hotel because they don't ask any advance payment. My suggestion to Travelguru is that pl don't take 100% advance payment. In future I will not make any booking through travelguru.

terrible experience with the booking. when I reached hotel, was surprised to note that Hotel has not recd any communication about our bookings. We had to wait for more than 2 hours and make several call to travel-guru to ensure communication. Housekeeping and other Hotel services like food etc. was below average. throughout my stay, I was cursing my decision to book thru Travelguru and selecting this Hotel.
