Cleanliness was lacking. Restaurant services was very poor. Buffet services do not have food to offer to the guest. Staff were indifferent to guest requests. Even small things like toilet papers were not provided in wash room despite requests made to reception.

I stayed at this place from 13th to 15th October, 2016. The property is well designed and the room we were given appeared good. Unfortunately, the comfort was marred by the ants in the room. The TV was not working properly (TV sound volume & channel change keys did not function at all!!!) One of the two lights was not working & was repaired after 3 reminders. Room service was prompt to serve the food ordered but the staff was negligent about cleaning the table afterwords, thereby inviting the ants all over. The food at the restaurant was palatable but was kept on the buffet table which had the ants in the Jam and flies hovering all over. The window (behind the buffet table) was open & offered the "view" of garbage in the next door compound. The servers did not care to keep off the flies & ants or even clean the table after the guests left. Overall the staff members were cold & somewhat indifferent in reponding to any complaint/ request. With this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Although the rooms and swimming pool were good, food quality was below par. The morning breakfast options were very limited. Even the dinner options were few with many of the items on the menu being unavailable. AC was malfunctioning for 2 nights which had to be repaired in the midst of our stay. There are not many restaurant options avaialble nearby. Need to travel atleast a kilometre or to the Hawa or Light House beach for some good restaurant.

i personally stayed in this resort.please don't prefer this resort because water was not good in this resort for will get sick. i have informed to reception and as well as service room to rectify but they didn't respond.i don't recommend this hotel.

Continuing on my kerala trip this was the last hotel I stayed before leaving kerala. A very comfortable hotel and the staff being more awesome. Food was something which I enjoy and rarely has kerala cuisine let me down. Here too I enjoyed the cuisine Rooms were comfortable, felt little more cold in this hotel.. Bit sure of them reason View was great, no noises coming through.
