we stayed in kovalam for 2 days. its very near to the sea, there is one shortcut and another way through the main road, however we took the main road. hotel staffs are very cooperative. we had some cooling issues with the ac of the 1st room that had been provided to us, they immediately changed our rooms. view of the lawn from the balcony is simply superb. the food was mouth watering...authentic kerala food is what u call it. the manager of the restaurant was very good... gave us discounts and helped us selecting our food. overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel is in a nice Location. Close to Eves Beach. Rooms are spacious.. Maintenance of hotel during off season. Breakfast with limited choice. More an hotel with old style and finally average in total.

Was there in april 2016, although they have allowed for early check in. room condition is ok. bathrooms are also normal. but there service is below average, I have booked with extra bed It took lot of efforts to get it after repeated reminders. Reception and room service staff are non responsive, buffet breakfast is poor and they behaviour is also not professional, need to improve lot, property is average.

I got interconnected room. Room very clean and spaceful. Not much beach view but still u can got beach fresh air. Hotel near to beach about 5 minutes walking distance. I had good and enjoyable holiday. Food served was still good. The corns of this hotel is sometimes feel bored as cannot see people around. Forget to said staff is really friendly even when left our stuff in hotel when checkout, staff able return it back immediately before we leave. Trustable hotel.

We stayed there for 2 days. It was horrible experience. 1) The rooms given to us were not cleaned. Bedsheets were completely dirty, room was filled with mosquitos and it was smelling very bad. We pointed out things one by one and it took them 1 hour to clean up everything. 2) The swimming pool is very dirty. The water is full of dirt and leaves of trees in garden 3) The carom and table tennis board are years old. You will regret playing it Avoid this hotel at any cost.
