I visited in this hotel 7 days before. Hospitality is very much bad. i want to share one incident about this hotel staff. i called to reception for hair drier then mr. satya (receptionist) picked up call and he said hotel doesnot have hair drier so i asked him almost every above 3 star hotel having hair drier that time nonsense guy replied "this is not beauty parlour". on this reply i shouted on him that time he said sry n all. this kind of cheap hospitality provided by hotel. so i decide will never go again even if they provide free of cost. second thing is hotel room are too much dirty. No control for air conditioning.
Very rude and unfriendly staff. In restaurant 40% of the items from menu not available. Remote of a.c not working so we asked to short it out manager refused to do so. And suggested to switch on and off the main button of the a.c whn room get extra chilled thn again switch on after some time. That too at the midnight. We booked 2 rooms but accommodate only one so we insisted to sift us that room that to was refused.
We checked in on a Saturday afternoon , we got some help to take our luggage's to our room. We had our lunch in their multi cuisine restaurant. The food was OK not very good but to costly for the provided quality. They offered complimentary breakfast buffet on the two days we stayed there. The menu was the same on both days not surprisingly. The food was good but the service provided with the food was very bad. We had to ask the waiters several times to refill the food that was empty. Overall the hotel and the rooms look good. We had no complaints with the room. But their hospitality remains bad.
Dirty overall, needs a new painting, the looks from the outside are deceiving. The room didn't appear to be cleaned, there was an old bar of soap left in the shower, an old bottle cap left in the drain, the shower door was broken and left half hanging off with parts of it (wheels etc.) left in the shower. The curtains and bed coverings looked old and tatty. There were no obvious controls for the air conditioning, pulled back the bed clothes to find spiders. The swimming pool was completely green and probably unusable. To be fair to the staff we were shown another room and while it looked cleaner it still looked worn and certainly was not worth the RS7000 that they are advertised for. We didn't stay in this hotel at the end.
Me and my wife went to kumarkom for enjoying houseboat .one of hotel staff came to me and started offering houseboat and message service on a cheap rate and started convencing me . I availed the house boat service and massage service by seeing the good will of the hotel. Believe me whatever they promised to provide , they did not provide me . That was the very bad experience for me.
