Though the location and the adjoining area is good, quality of rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Service orientation is poor and food quality is average. For vegetarians, this is a place to be avoided at all costs. Vegetarian options are few and dining area stinks. The only thing worth commending was the driver, Rajeev, who picked us up from Kottayam and guided us all around the place.

Well, we were a group of 5 booked a cottage for an evening and it turned to be a less than mediocre feel and i won't bother going there again as the service was not up to the mark as well as the cottages !!! May be its just the one we stayed or every other one has it or not !! but ours were having a foul smell all over the place. Poorly Maintained, Non- Cooperative Staff, Less Facilities (Nothing) but i would say the location is enchanting with the whistles from the hills and valleys !!!

I had visited this resort on 24th Nov with some of my friends. I had made the booking online via Stayzilla. During checkout they didnt account for the advance money of 2000/- which we had initially paid during check in, so as a result there was an excess of 2000/- with them and we settled the final bill and chkd out. After that on our way back we recd a call from the front office staff and they informed about the unaccounted advance money. They collected my bank account details and promised to repay my excess money the next day..but till date they haven't repaid my money and eveytime i contact them they promise to send asap. Iam writing this review on 10 Dec 2016. This clearly shows the lack of professionalism of the staffs working there. The stay was sort of ok..nothing out of the world and the buffet was quite expensive. Dissapointed!!

Resort was located at best, Royal Cottage was good. Service was very poor: 1) Intercom in room was not working, every-time i have to walk to reception to order something and they took so long to bring (even for coffee) 2) They wont provide toothpaste/brush in room, unless you ask them separately. 3) Food price are very expensive, since there are nice restaurant just near to resort

I was there on 9th oct, stayed in Royal cottage. Well kept property and we enjoyed our stay. Location of "cottage one" was excellent. Weather too was perfect.... only disappointment was in food.. not too many options, we ended up eating the same food for lunch and dinner....otherwise everything was okay. Night camp fire music could be better (music system)..
