was there for one night location of the hotel is nice with a view but when it come with the service were not much appreciated after a long tiresome journey though we didn't mind because we got to see good views

We visited Lachung in October 2014. We stayed in Hotel Iceland for 2 nights, Location of the hotel is good. We have allotted No. 9 which was very congested because of staircase waist slab. Room was clean. Please reject if allotted and ask for another room.

Worst Service Worst Service

Location of the hotel is good. At first we felt very good reaching the hotel. Rooms were clean. But when it comes to the service, it was horrible. The manager of this hotel is the worst person for this responsibilty. On the very first day we asked to recharge the DTH, but during our 2-night stay he didn't. At dinner time he asked us, what we will like to have as breakfast and lunch for next day. But at the table of breakfast and lunch table we were served with different food. When we queried for the same, they just kept silence. There are different hotels of same quality, please go for them.
