The hotel mercury in lavasa was very good,and a well maintained property. the staff was courtous breakfast was good and so was dinner.the upkeep of the place was fantastic and had a very five star kind of a look and feel except their staff was a litlle ill informed about the local places.though handshower was missing in the bathroom but all it was a good experience.i would definitely recommend this hotel.

Parking The hotel currently was having open parking infront of the hotel itself, but its safe. Most of the vehicles are parked on the pavement or the road. Accomodation & food The rooms are well lit and very clean. pretty good equipped with a good relaxing chair and a TV. The bathroom is also well lit and equipped. I would say the missing elements were bathroom slippers, bathrobe and toothpaste!! Otherwise it was equipped pretty well and clean. The restaurant in the hotel was also good and had wide variety of food. We had breakfast - it was very good and there was variety - indian and continental although crossants are better served hot :-).

I stayed at the mercury with my family on New Years and the hotel looked great from outside. However, we had a check in issue and it took us 1 hour to check in. The staff did not help much with the problem. The rooms were cosy and the beds were super comfy. The rooms had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. The restaurant was also good. However, when I returned to the room post dinner, my room card wasnt working. I called up the reception from the other room and told them about the problem. Instead of coming to my room and changing the card, they asked me to come to the reception. When I insisted that they come to my room, the said okay and then they didnt come. I felt the staff at the reception was a bit rude and not accommodating. Other than that, it was a nice and comfortable stay. Caveat : They charge GST @18% at their restaurant.

We stayed at Mercure for a night. The hotel is located 10mins walk from the Promenade. Room was basic but clean and tidy, staffs were friendly and attentive, breakfast spread was big and tasted good. No pool or recreational area (at least we didn't see one) in the hotel is downside. No "view" from our room to recommend it but overall the stay was decent.

We spent a weekend in Lavasa and Mercure was our choice. The hotel stuffs are very nice and helpful. Room was clean as per standard. Since we have a 3 yrs old baby with us we never wanted to compromise in hotel standard. We dont have any complain on cleanliness. However, hotel wifi was very slow and we got two rooms at the end of the floor. Due to this may be reception was poor. It will be nicer to have better wifi coverage.

The best months to visit lavasa is Mid November to Mid Feb and one place I recommend to stay is Mercure. The level of service in the restaurant is unmatched to any class of hotels you might visit. I would suggest this Hotel as memorable from service point of view. The rooms too are well maintained and very very cozy.
