Fantastic- that's exactly how my stay here could be best described. The hotel is very centrally located, near the market here & yet it has a very peaceful ambiance. The room we were provided was adequate. The food served was divine. I would especially like to mention the service provided by the staff here, they just went out of their way to keep us satisfied, moreover they behaved in a completely friendly manner. Given a chance I am definitely coming back again.

A very good hotel. Decent prices. I loved their breakfast buffet. Courteous staff. A definite recommendation. Mid of May is the best time to visit Leh Ladakh. The hotel staff will help you get all the necessary travel permits nearby.

This is one of the hotels where you feel at home and the hospitality is beyond words. The service is lightning fast and there is always a smile at the faces of the staff which makes you feel good... My suggestion"just dont think,go for it, you will not regret"

Starting with good points. I happen to stay at the property,fairly maintained property, close to the main market to add to it,rooms are cosy any done nicely,I liked the oil room heater concept. Bad points. The kitchen service is inefficient and the preparation is horrible, we happen to order an ala carte dinner which was served after more than hour and the preparation was horrible,not even worth eating a single spoon. Suggestion. One of the finest stay you will experience provided you don't eat at hotel.

Great value for money, very close to Leh main market. The property is run by the owner himself, due to which the hotel has a homely feeling. It is more like a resort than a hotel. It has a garden right in front; it is so beautiful that one spend leisure hours in the evening and can enjoy the very good WiFi connection as well. Ladies act as bellboys, carrying suitcases and doing other housekeeping jobs. They are always a happy lot, always smiling, and their happiness and content can rub on the guests as well. The staff is very courteous and food quality is excellent. Overall is a beautiful property!!

A family run hotel, well managed, courteous staff at all times and never grumpy. Always out to take utmost care of the guest. Family members (owners) always in the hotel. The guides and even the taxi suggested by the hotel staff is friendly. Women/Girls take care of the day to day working of the hotel and even act as potters, Friendly staff and you can leave your excess luggage in the hotel for a day or two even when you are planning your overnight stay in other place. Luggage will be returned to you or your room on rechecking in. Market and shopping area nearby. Wifi is available mostly in reception area.
