Della adventure activity is very good. Room facilities is good. Staff is very politely. There environment is good. Clean and neat property. Front office team is very humble. Atv and swoop Swing activity awesome. I got bulls eye coupon in shooting range activity. Food test is good.

Overly expensive, with no discounts offered to resort guests for adventure rides. I would advise against staying at this resort. Charging 150 for a water bottle and 16,000 rupees for a room without including any adventure rides is simply not worth it. The hospitality is decent, but it doesn’t make sense to allow outsiders when the resort has ample accommodation for its guests.

I visited this spa today, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The pricing is significantly overrated when compared to the quality of service, level of comfort, and professionalism of the staff. While I expected a premium experience, the overall service did not justify the high cost. And the receptionist fooled us with the package price. Additionally, the behavior of the reception staff was far from welcoming. I was carrying my 3-month-old infant along with my belongings, and when I requested assistance, the receptionist flatly refused to help. A place that promotes relaxation and well-being should also prioritize customer care and basic courtesy, but sadly, that was not the case here. Overall, I would not recommend this spa based on my experience. There are other options that offer better service, professionalism, and value for money.
