We paid Rs.8500/- per room per night after getting 12% discount from Travelguru. We felt the price was too high for this property.The rooms were just okay, bed was also okay not as comfortable as you would like it to be. If one partner moves on the bed, the other will get disturbed, which should not happen. The food was pretty ordinary and very expensive. A small portion of yellow Dal was costing Rs.400/- plus tax. The service was very good and the entire staff co-operative which was the silverline of our stay in Fariyas Resort, Lonavala. Our check-in and check-out was also quick and smooth.

It was a special stay. The location was exotic and room facilities were magnificent. Staff was very helpful throughout the stay and food was delightful. It was best season to visit the lonavala and we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay. The food was excellent and so were the rooms and service. The feedback we have for the hotel is that the lobby/coffee shop area is lit with halogen lights and that generates a lot of heat. Given that the lobby and coffee shop do not have airconditioning, it makes the place uncomfortably warm in a summer month. They could do better with CFL's or alternate lighting. Lastly, the indoor pool water seemed cloudy and probably needed to be changed though the outdoor pool/water park area is well maintained!

Fariyas is one of few 4+ star hotels in Lonavala, The good things Ambience - Liked the area & the vicinity, the water park, swimming pool The good things turned awful as there was a wedding scheduled the day i checked in, My 3 month olds first trip was marred by honking wedding music right below my room, i asked for an upgrade immediately, but the request was turned down Rooms- decent except for the linens which were dirty Service - Average , sometimes needed couple of reminders Food - Good taste & nice variety Overall A nice place to stay fro families with very good ambience, food is good, but need better service

Had a great stay at Fariyas. Rooms were big, food was good. Breakfast had many options. Overall stay was worth every penny.

This place brings back loads of childhood memories. The place is yet my fav in lonavala. Still the awesome location, well priced and decent food. The drawback is that we had booked a king size beds obviously cause we were a couple stay but they has joined 2 twin beds. On calling the reception they said all rooms have 2 single mattress joined to make it king size which is pathetic. Another draw back was that no bathroom slippers, no bath robe and other accessories; which is a shame given the reputation the resort has and the rooms are over 10 k a night.

Its been once in a year visit since our 1st stay here..from reception desk to house keeping to restaurant manager mr.john to all staff members to Mr.Partha all are so welcoming n ttying their best in their own way to make ur stay best as possible..its always been a wonderful experience to b here n specially ven we have JAIN food..its always so so much taken care of from restaurant dept not to miss n e variety they been serving other guests..ots been wonderful n memory making stay each time we visit there.. We had booked through Mumbai reservation office. Stayed for One and half day at Fariyas Resort. It was really a nice stay at this place ! Room was very nice with good view, food Awsm ! we enjoyed a lot with the water park and swimming pool. People of this place were very good specially who has impressed me was Mr. Ananda at the Front desk by his smile and familiarity !!!

I usually visit this property atleast once in a year and that is either on my anniversary or my bday and i have the best memories at this place. This year too I stayed at Fariyas from 15th to 17th Feb any was again an awesome stay. Rashmita at the reception made our stay an awesome memory by arranging for an awesome candle light dinner for my anniversary celebration followed by a surprise cake in the room. She ensured that we had a great and a comfortable stay. She even gave us good disc to my friends who visited us for a day. Also Suresh in the restaurant took good care of us while we had our candle light dinner and also checked if my kids wanted something apart form the buffet menu to ensure they eat well. Nirmala too ensured that we got all that we needed at all are meals and helped us with to have a relaxed brkfast/lunch/dinner since we had kids along. Also the staff at the pool took great care of my kids when in the pool area which was highly commendable. Thanks to all the staff to make our stay an memorable one.

This is my first review ever and I've been compelled by the beautiful experience provided by the Fariyas team to write this. I booked the Premium room on 15 Feb to celebrate my anniversary. We were thrilled to find out upon reaching there that we were upgraded to Deluxe Suite by the resort as a gesture due to our anniversary. The room was excellent and cosy. Loved the decor and attention to tiny details. Everything we ordered from the food menu was delicious and served promptly. I wonder why some reviews mentioned the food tl be expensive. Give the class of the resort; I felt the food was reasonably priced. The water park was small yet enough to have fun. Special mention to NITIN who proactively took videos and pics for us and was very attentive. Loved this guy. Now the indoor pool which was temperature controlled. Mind blowing. The temperature was maintained at 27'c and it was a bliss swimming there. The cleanliness was par excellence. Now the most special part of our anniversary. The staff organised a candle night dinner and cake for us. All this at no extra cost and without any prompting. I've travelled a lot but have never met a staff who's more kind and caring towards your occasion. A handwritten card from the Front Desk Rashmita was very touching. I shall keep this card with me forever. Guys this resort might be ageing but it's ageing in the right way. The quality is still top notch and the people working at Fariyas deserve a special mention. You guys won my heart and we will always visit our resort. Thanks a lot to TEAM FARIYAS
