they say it is a 4 star hotel but hardly has some facility, on internet they have shown amazing pictures but in reality the swimming pool is not at all clean, the furniture is not upto the mark; it is far from the main market area; food is highly short not recommended!

As i am trying to check the availability for this hotel the hotel staff was very rude. i m sure they don't have professional staff who can understand how to serve the guest. i pretend that if any hotel staff is no professional they can't give quality services which is very important in hospitality Industry

We had the worst experience of our life at Hotel Aristro. One cannot rate the service as it was way below standards. There were no water, towels and soaps provided on checking in. We had to ask for it. The breakfast was eaten just becoz we had to fill our tummies. If you order for anything in the room it takes minimum one our to serve. No communication between the reception and the kitchen / room service. The accessories in the bathroom were all leaking and basin was choked up. Very poor maintenance. Wall leakages in bathroom hence unhygienic. Mattress quality was bad. Very poor quality Wi Fi. One should not think of staying here even if it is the last available space in Lonavala.

Visited on 18th June for 2 nights. Seems to be a good property but very poorly managed. Overall had a bad experience. No one cares if the customer is facing any problems. Main tap in bathroom was not working so asked reception to send someone and after 30 mins one person came and he told that he will send someone else to look into this but no one came. Bed was most pathetic, very hard and springs hurt when u sleep on it. Unable to sleep whole night. Pillow covers and bed sheets were very dirty. Lots of mosquitoes. Indoor activities area was very dirty and scary no one will can wait there for more than 5 mins. Location is very far from main bazaar and you won't get any transport nearby need to walk a lot. Food rates are very high don't know what they were thinking while deciding rates. Morning breakfast was very bad. Restaurant area has lots flies and mosquitoes to accompany you. Overall worst place to visit.

I Visited this property recently for overnight stay ..... Few positive point 1. Good staff at reception 2. Pool is good 3. Room is good as per rate Negative point 1. Gym and gaming zone not maintained at all. 2. Food is average as compare to price ...
