pathetic and disgusting service worst management ever seen in life. Came here for a weekend and seriously it was a mood spoiler. The rooms are poorly maintained the staff is hired to use the hotel Wi-Fi.

I along with my family visited this place on 26th August, 2016. We booked three rooms. Our check-in time was at 12 Oclock but as we have other plan for the day, I called them personally and informed them we will come by evening. As three rooms were book in single ticket it was assumed (common-sense) that rooms will be allotted on the same floor but they allotted rooms on different floors. When we requested person on the desk started arguing instead of trying other alternatives. More over allotted rooms were pathetic as shown in snaps and towels were wet. There were few insects in the rooms and passages and staircase were wet and slippery.

It is very wrost hotel . Never go there . I am not recommended to couple or family . Wrost service and room. Not value of money. Never choose this hotel . If light gone then they was not stated generator and many more.

We are here in kings inn holiday, i came with my husband and there was one more couple with us, first of all wen we went there they asked us to pay the complete amount immediately, we were running out of cash, so we said we will withdraw and pay them buy the people at reception were restless, they wanted money immediately, it was really a bad experience, i advise everybdy not to come to this place. They are money minded people and donot care about customer satisfaction.

Terrible place, Not advisable for family at all.... A typical Lodge kind of place with no decency and at a deserted location... If one has to spoil his mood or day, then you can dare to visit this place... Short of staff, no gatekeeper to open the gate... After paying for the booking, when I visited the place, I was afraid of going inside the hotel rooms...
