*Elevator was not working during our entire stay. *MAP Plan was not up to the Mark. Even they failed to provide Papad,a part of Meal plan, stating, that it was Out of Stock. *Morning Breakfast was very much Below Standard, considering being Labled as 3 Star Hotel,& Try to Avoid. *Food was Good, but was not served, & entire Order was dump on the Table, including Ice-Cream, which was not eatable, after we finished the Food. *Very Horrible Experiance. *Would not Recommand to even my ENEMY. *Avoid at all Cost. *Inadequate Staff. *Hot water was available in the Morning till 10.00AM. & not Entire Day, as stated.

Access: The hotel is located 2.5 km (approx) from railway station and it is easy to get rickshaws. Service: The room service was good but the food options were limited and costly. You had to travel 1 Km by walk to go to the nearest restaurant. Since the hotel is located in highway, getting a rickshaw from hotel is a bit difficult. If you enjoy a short walk, you could easily access all the restaurants nearby. Overall: Perfect budget place for a middle class family.

I must say the hotel is located very near to the city. The rooms are clean but the wall paintings are very old, and lot of cracks in the walls. Dining is too good. The food and taste is awesome. Really nice. TT Board is waste. They do not have extra balls, so please carry them.

It was pathetic experience there. We had booking of 11 people there during long vacation of independence day week in 2014. When we reached there they were not aware of our booking or they were pretending that. Our rooms were given to someone else. Then they accommodated us in left over rooms which were pathetic. Hotel construction is very old, it stinks terrible in some of the rooms. Service was horrible, you have to walk down to reception to avail any service else you have to wait hours to avail room service. Food was OK. Please avoid this Hotel or if you really do not have option then visit, see the room then only book. DO NOT DO ADVANCE BOOKING OF THIS HOTEL.

Had been to lonavala in long weekend and had choose Mayur Emerald due to its good online deal. Very first disappointment came when the waiter told lift is not working and rooms were allotted to us on 2nd floor. Although we were travelling in a group hotel managed to give us early check in, rooms were spacious comparatively as the property earlier belonged to Sterling. The doors and interior needs renovation. Services were good, they never gave us opportunity to tell them twice. Each bathroom contains Bathtub but again each of them needs to be changed, water likeage, no DTH connections and old furniture are some serious points that hotel needs to change on urgent basis. Breakfast was again ok, toaster machine not working properly. The good point are each room having balcony,big swimming pool, good conference hall which might attract mice and groups due to its tariff. Overall a moderate experiece would recommend only after its renovation. Regards, Nihar.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. I booked this hotel through Stayzilla( Thinking on the brand name of LEISURE VACATIONS). I have stayed in many properties of Leisure vacation, but i think this one is the worst among all. Rooms are very dirty with water seepage problem. Dirty Linen. Bathrooms reminds you of public toilets. This hotel requires total renovation. Leisure vacation ( I spoke to Mr. Imran), should have a look at property & disassociate there name from this property immediately.

We were here for 4 days from 25-Oct-2014 till 28-Oct-2014.We were given this hotel room by country vacations.I must say that this hotel is the worst one that i have ever stayed. I will neither recommend this to friends nor i will stay in this for the rest of my life. 1 Lift was not working for 3 days out of 4 days that we stayed 2 Room is stinking as the ventilation was attached to bathroom of adjustment room 4 Room is full of fungus on the wall 5 Fan was fixed on a corner of the room and the bed was placed on another corner 6 We did not dare to have food in their restaurant as the feedback was too bad and we saw a couple fighting with the restaurant manager on the quality of food. 7 Bedsheets are not changed on regular basis. 8 Wifi was not working and the reception guy told that DSL was down for the whole time. Suggestion : Do not enter this hotel if you want to have peaceful stay

One of the worst holidays spent at this place, Value for money is a big Zero, Hygiene not upto the mark, the rooms are full of Bedbugs and yes my family spent whole night killing bedbugs who were trying to climb on our children's. Worst case the room service knew about the issue but did nothing, also the reception staff were very ignorant. food a big zero, locality wise 1 out of 10 and maintenance does not exists. I would highly recommend the place to be shut down.
