Silver hills is a perfect destination if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.... Away from the hustle & bustle of the Lonavala city, cool & quietplace to enjoy your dream vacation. The hotel & its amenities are very good...enjoyed table tennis after a long long time...Swimming pool is very well maintained & carom & chess for your leisure... Apart from these common amenities, there was a pleasant surprise Magic Show, which even all adults enjoyed equally with the kids & Housie game in the evening. The Hotel staff is very polite & co-operative & will be at yore service... I will definitely look forward staying in Silver Hills soon... Mahesh

It was an excellent experience. I was thrilled to get the hill view as per expectation as they are charging extra for premium hill facing rooms. There was no compromise on cleanliness and hostility. Although i just stayed for one night, I was impressed by their service. I was not getting hot water in the tap initially, so i called-up room service to complain about it. Room service guy told me to let the tap water flow for a bucket and half, we will get hot water then. After few minutes, we did get the hot water. I was happy to get a call back from room service people to verify if my hot water issue is resolved.

Hotel was below average as the price we paid for the same room was very dirty. Phone was not working. Room service was pathetic. We are not at all happy with our stay in that hotel.
