Accessibility : Horrible. Rooms : Complete disaster. Not to avail unless you are seriously short of cash. Checked in at 2230 hrs and checked out within 40 mins at 2310 hrs. The rooms were so bad that I didn't mind finding an alternate location to stay even at that odd hours. Please do not go by the photographs provided by the vendor. Also, had to fight for refund from the hotel.

The hotel had good staff with decent hospitality. with 2 pools it was nice to be in for a relaxing evening after the fun at bushy dam and tiger point. the good was average considering the cost. the roadsapproaching the hotel ifs still not made up. And the passage towards the room need to be hygiene which was missing. Overall for the package of 4000/- per night including breakfast for a couple and child below 6 years (INR 600/- extra charged on admission as the child age wasnot mentioned at the time of booking) is a bit expensive for this rresort. But the trip was amazing with the beauty of lonavala , I am sure one would want to visit frequently. Slight improvement in the hygiene factor of the hotel would make it worth. Overall a nice experience and good to have been associated with travelguru for this amazing weekend.

Before booking rooms in this hotel, I had gone through the reviews. I was sort of prepared with all the negative reviews I had read. I thought it wouldn't be that bad. We reached the hotel and as we enter our rooms we see that the walls of the room are horrible, the paint is peeling off,etc. Even the regulator of the fan was not working. Half plug points were also not functional. Bathroom was extremely dirty. No maintenance at all. There was also no security. The room had sliding windows but it did not have any clip. So anybody could open it from outside. The service is extremely slow and everything over there was overpriced. A simple bottle of water is 30 bucks. The only thing good about the hotel that it has pool and they maintain it. But please do not go to this hotel. You can definitely get a better hotel in lonavala if you increase your budget by just Rs. 500.

I booked hotel for 2 nights but checked out same day afternoon. Housekeeping and rooms were terrible.Bed and rooms were stinking. Toilets in horrible condition. Hotel not worth for even 500 rs a night.

One of the worst and poorly maintained place you can come across in Lonavala. Rooms are just not worth talking about. Lacks basic cleaning I dont think they even change sheets because the room we stayed in had stained and stinking sheets. Duvet had hair strands. Food is better however service is bad. Cutlery n crockery are of poor quality. Pool is poorly maintained. Anyone and everyone can go in the pool drink pee whatever. Very bad experience.

people who are managing the thing, themselves, s are not sure what they can offer and what they cant. Even after a lengthy discussion and agreement, refused to accept any payment mode apart from cash. Even for NEFT/ IMPS transaction, they wanted to charge 18% GST, seems the tourists are all dumb. For Debit card swap also, they wanted 18% extra than the actual payment. Dirty bed and pillows, broken bathroom fittings, inadequate light all over should be the tag line and management is least bothered to provide those basics post rectification. Over priced water and soft drinks, broken tile on dance floor, no light on balconies, dirty curtain, unclean and ill lighted bathrooms, wet and unclean lobby are the addition. Even for a bill, they wanted to charge us extra. Pressurized to vacate room before time. A pathetic and horrible experience. Highly avoidable. only should opt for if you want to spoil your mood and holiday.

Very worst service. You have to remind several times to get some services. Located where Auto Ricshaw/ taxi not willing to come. You have to walk half km on bad steep road to reach resort Not advisable for Families at all. Drinkers do havock at night. They charge heavily if you book vehicle from this resort.

It was not as shown in photographs. The services were too too slow. The dinner ordered @8 pm arrived in the room @10 pm. The breakfast was also served lately. The staff was not co-operative & supportive. They were rude.

this place is much better then before... after the change of management... .. good food... lovely place... with reasonable rates...it has a good ambience.... shall surely visit the place again... road is adventerous bt its really fun...
