Accessibility : Horrible. Rooms : Complete disaster. Not to avail unless you are seriously short of cash. Checked in at 2230 hrs and checked out within 40 mins at 2310 hrs. The rooms were so bad that I didn't mind finding an alternate location to stay even at that odd hours. Please do not go by the photographs provided by the vendor. Also, had to fight for refund from the hotel.

The hotel had good staff with decent hospitality. with 2 pools it was nice to be in for a relaxing evening after the fun at bushy dam and tiger point. the good was average considering the cost. the roadsapproaching the hotel ifs still not made up. And the passage towards the room need to be hygiene which was missing. Overall for the package of 4000/- per night including breakfast for a couple and child below 6 years (INR 600/- extra charged on admission as the child age wasnot mentioned at the time of booking) is a bit expensive for this rresort. But the trip was amazing with the beauty of lonavala , I am sure one would want to visit frequently. Slight improvement in the hygiene factor of the hotel would make it worth. Overall a nice experience and good to have been associated with travelguru for this amazing weekend.

Before booking rooms in this hotel, I had gone through the reviews. I was sort of prepared with all the negative reviews I had read. I thought it wouldn't be that bad. We reached the hotel and as we enter our rooms we see that the walls of the room are horrible, the paint is peeling off, etc. Even the regulator of the fan was not working. Half plug points were also not functional. Bathroom was extremely dirty. No maintenance at all. There was also no security. The room had sliding windows but it did not have any clip. So anybody could open it from outside. The service is extremely slow and everything over there was overpriced. A simple bottle of water is 30 bucks. The only thing good about the hotel that it has pool and they maintain it. But please do not go to this hotel. You can definitely get a better hotel in lonavala if you increase your budget by just Rs. 500.

Practically no road to reach the place - I dare not call it a hotel - so don't risk driving. Safer to walk the 1.5 km from the road to the place. Don't do by the published photos - the reviewers photos are accurate Cobwebs on beds prove that the place has not bee occupied for ages All toilets have leakages - you need to be prepared to wade through about 2 centimeters of water logging in toilets. Avoid touching the TV...the unit may collapse No chairs in rooms - only pan-stained seat without back-rest can be found in the balcony - If you manage to fit yourself into the space. If in a worst case scenario you have to stay there, ensure you carry your own bedsheets, pillows, towels, soap, food, water, drinking glass. Absolute shocker - priced higher than 3 star hotels in Lonavala.

Sky blue resort Sky blue resort

Sky blue resort, one of the worst resort In Lonavala. With no service, electricity problems, poor interior, the staff is least bothered about your problems, and rude behaviour. Please do not book via Grand hotels & resorts (Mr Ricky Ravi Bajaj) he is a fraud. He gave us booking of another resort, then informed us that the resort given to us is not vacant. And you will have to book Sky blue resort which is his own property.

Renovation and updation of amenities required Renovation and updation of amenities required

Place is ok as compared to price but renovation and up-gradation of amenities required. Our package included breakfast but the quality of breakfast was not good. There was no attendant in the dinning area to ask for some missing things. THe pictures are quite rosy but not actual.

Worst Hotel Ever !!! Worst Hotel Ever !!!

Dont get carried away with the images on the site. They are quite old. The place is dead now. Everything has been terribly maintained. Firstly the place is in the interiors. Took us about 400 jus to get from the city to the place. On reaching the hotel, there was no electricity for over 2 hours, the room was completely damp, no towels or soap in the room, the balcony door couldnt be shut completely due to which we could not leave our valuables in the room & had to roam with the bag in the city. Once the electricity came, it took us one hour to get the executives to start each equipment (i.e. the TV, the geyser). We then decided to take a stroll around the property which was again a bad idea. There was a bunch of youth for a day visit who had messed the place completely. The pool area had a half-cut cake getting wet in the rain. The seating area around the pool was littered with smokes, bottles of alcohol & leftover food. Dogs were roaming around & the authorities didnt seem to care less. PS - the dirt remained till the next day till we checked out. On the terrace was supposed to be a spa & a gym which for some reason were again in a terrible state. The glass walls were broken as a result of which water came in from all sides & all the gym equipment was wet. The SPA is now a staff quarters and people' clothes hanging all over the place to dry. The electricity went in the night again for over 2 hours and there is no generator. And the only reply we got was "ayega thodi der mein. Barish ka time hai. Isiliye problem hai." The service was pathetic as nobody seemed to care at all about the needs of the guests. Please do not ever visit this place!
