Stayed here for one night with a couple of my girl friends. The entire experience was comfortable with the staff extremely good with service and quality. The rooms were clean and food (breakfast) was very good. Location wise also the hotel is pretty close to most places. Overall recommended. Special thanks to Jamaal and staff.

A nice hotel nearby railway station, little far from airport. But a one of the nice stay near station. Easily located in Center of city with easy availability of transportation. Nice service with nice food. Overall comfortable stay.

We stayed in this hotel recently to attend a marriage function in the City of Nawabs. The hotel is situated in a lane near Hindola Naka. Once entered the room, found a good, cleaned, airconditioned room, nicely arranged beds. Good breakfast were served to us and we found the room service satisfatory. Counter personnel responded promptly and satisfactorily.

I am reviewing the hotel after a year. The city of Nawabs was included in the tour itinerary on our way back to Kolkata from Uttarakhand. After going through the reviews on tripadvisor I selected this hotel and enquired if they consider 24 hours check-out. Mr. Anshul Agarwal was kind enough to intimate that even if booked through goibibo they would allow us 24hrs check-out as against 12noon check-out policy of goibibo. I finally booked one Luxury Suite with breakfast through goibibo for 2 nights. As we were supposed to reach Lucknow around 1:30 midnight I requested the hotel to schedule pick-up from station. It was a mess as the driver forgot to reach the station. After waiting for around 15 minutes he arranged another driver to pick-up from station in an Indica that was too small to accommodate three of us with luggage. We reached the hotel within 10 minutes, the reception was at the first floor. The hotel was a new one otherwise well maintained, neat and clean. Premium Executive Room is one of the best room they have. Suite room had twin rooms while Premium Executive was very spacious room. Amenities of both the room were the same. Since both the rooms were of same price, we had options subject to availability. We stayed in the room at the end of the second floor. The room was spacious with two queen size beds, a mini bar with complimentary water bottles and cold drinks, tea table and a large bathroom. The only odd thing that I found was the cupboards were placed inside the large bathroom and therefore, were of no use. Next day we were late risers and decided to go on sightseeing after lunch and had the chance of taking breakfast and lunch at the hotel. Breakfast options were limited but the preparation was good. Same applies for lunch options too. The hotel is situated in a crowded place and narrow noisy street. Due to heavy traffic you may not be comfortable walking on the streets nearby but once you enter the hotel you won't be disappointed and disturbed by the noise downstairs. The service staffs were cordial and ready to serve with smile but at the same time they expect tips for every service they render. Overall it was a good experience with Gaylord India.

Location is inside the lane opposite to Gurudwara..Rooms are clean but quilt and pillow covers were dirty. Sleep quality is poor.. Surrounding of the hotel is also not good. Further, only Veg food is available. Room service is not up to the mark. I had to miss my breakfast on second day of stay as they could not arrange the complementary breakfast even in 45 minutes...wifi is also very slow. In this tariff there are many more options available near-by. So definitely I'll not stay in this hotel ever again.
