Hi, I have the worst hotel experience at Raj. 1. All non Acs are at 3-4 th floor. So you are compelled to pay high price for a lower floor as they say that they are AC. They never inform that they do not have lift. 2. The rooms are not cleaned after guests leave. So for my stay from 13-16 Mar we got un cleaned rooms with all dust hidden under the cots. After repeated requests only the room was cleaned. 3. After paying 1200/room/night for an Ac room on 2nd floor (3 star price) we find that the AC is not working and the repairer is not available. So we end up not using AC but we still pay. When questioned about the refund for AC amount the receptionist says that only owner can take the decision and that the owner does not wish to be disturbed. 4. The geyser switch is common for two rooms 203 204 so unless the next door people switch on geyser you will not get hot water. 5. No house keeping. They say that they will not clean the room unless told to. Even after being told they will not clean. Donno why Travel Guru subscribes such hotels.
