After staying in few good places in Lucknow I was not sure if the choice made this time was correct. Booking was done through my company directly. But I have really taken aback by the this hotel. Its modern, spacious and great ergonomically. The food was a smash hit with the first bite. Beds were cosy. Bathroom was was clean and functional. Most importantly, the placement and working of AC was technically brilliant. This is a big hassle even in biggest of hotels. You keep of changing the temperature until it suits you. Here, if you set temperature at 25 it would be 25 where you want and will not create hot pockets. Again, it was noiseless.

Even though the room was big, we went into a room filled with "fresh" cigarette smoke despite booking a non-smoking room. The receptionist told us that the air-conditioning system goes through all the rooms so the cigarette smoke was inevitable.. Then we realized that the hot water shower was not working, so we had to get someone to fix it. There was also not enough toilet paper and no slippers provided in the room. This hotel needs to get an uplift before charging at this price. The only redeeming factor was the restaurant which served decent breakfast.

Very conveniently located in the heart of the city. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Good value for the price we paid. The room we had was extremely spacious. Reasonably good breakfast with both Indian and continental options. We would stay here again.

We booked 5 nights at Hotel Silvete and was not disappointed. It is in a very good location (400m from Sahara Ganj mall) and about 1km to JD Singh Babu Stadium and shops. Breakfasts were very good and staff were very polite and friendly. Free internet was provided but is continually dropped out and in so this was frustrating. It is a 'function' hotel so be prepared for conferences, receptions etc on the lobby floor. This means that staff are making some noise into the night. If you get an upper floor (2 or 3) then you would be fine. The dining area is very good up on level 4.

This time experience was poor as i got dirty used toiletries on which they had a seal of sanitized. Shown to Housekeeping manager not remembering the exact name rajesh was the one. Bed sheet was also containing female hair..BF was fine. LOCATION is also good.
