The hotel is on a by lane on the viidhan sabha road, so away from all the traffic noise. It has a room service, no restaurant. The room I stayed was spacious. The complimentary breakfast is average. No gym or pool.

Stayed in July 2016 via Oyo rooms, this hotel is located at Vidhan Sabha Road right beside All India Radio, though not many people have heard of it, so it takes a while to figure out the exact location. We were 3 people staying in 1 room & had made full payment for extra person as well, but hotel was reluctant at providing an extra pillow. Also, there were many cockroaches roaming freely in the room. There was no exhaust system in the washroom, & it stinked. The hotel switched on the exhaust fan, which is not accessible to us, just for an hour in the morning. The waiters take ages to provide us water or any other food we order. Breakfast options are extremely limited. The food was nice, which was the only plus point of the hotel. Also, NEVER ASK THE HOTEL TO PROVIDE A CAR FOR SIGHT SEEING. One of the drivers, Arvind, is pathetic & rude. We had asked for a 4hr 40km package which cost originally Rs 800. We only travelled 36-37km, but the driver asked for double amount giving us an excuse that we made him roam a lot (by his estimate-65km). On checking with Google maps, we first travelled up to patrakarpuram- 8.4km there, and then to the airport- 24km there, which on adding becomes 33 km only. The hotel wasn't of any help over there. Also, the car they gave us, a Renault Lodgy, had NO NUMBER PLATE. I'm enclosing the visiting card of the driver. Please do not ever ask for a car from the hotel. Did not have a good experience at all, would suggest travellers to look for other options.

I stayed in Myriad Hotel for 2days; I found their hospitality quite impressive. I was impressed by the first look of the hotel, a very warm welcome from their side. Rooms were very clean and refreshing and I really like the decor of my room. The food was delicious I complement them for providing such a mouth watering food. And yes the person who was 0n the front desk was really very helpful and always there when ever I was in need. I really appreciate their service which they have provided to me, what a great job they are doingamazing work.

Reasons why this is more of a lodge than a proper hotel: 1. Building is situated within a government office locality. Reception area is tiny (as with lodges) 2. Building is sandwiched between 2 buildings with a gap of 5 feet between the external walls on both sides. The solitary window in the rooms face a grey concrete wall of the other building with absolutely no view outside 3. Room is small, unclean, dusty and unhygienic with trash of previous guests littering the room (aluminium foil covering for food containers below the wardrobe, used ear buds behind the side tables, dust, cobwebs, tiny cockroaches etc.) 4. Toiletries include Re. 1 shampoo sachets and cheap soap 5. I was denied a refill of tea/coffee sachets with the reason that these are given just once a day 6. Lights above the bed were non-functional 7. There is no restaurant in the hotel. 8. Breakfast was not buffet, you had to order from a choice of a couple of dishes in the room 9. Generally a gloomy feeling to the entire building and our stay For the price they charge (even after discounted fares from goibibo), this was a most disappointing stay for me. There are a dozen proper hotels in Lucknow within the same price range and offering much better amenities. If you are a tourist, it is recommended to avoid this hotel for not spoiling your vacation.

I stayed for a night at Myriad hotel recently for a wedding. Rooms were neat and clean. Service was very good, as you can understand we needed help quite often with setup or other things for marriage ceremony. There was always someone available at frontdesk to help us out. I tried out most of the food items and they all were pretty good. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, you do need to ask the front desk for password. The signal strength was good on first floor but weak on 2nd and ground floor, maybe there is just one access point. The waiting area in front of the reception desk could use a fan; there seems to be no a/c exhaust. We were waiting at checkout and fund it to he more pleasant outside in the shade than inside. The complementary breakfast consisted of pao-bhaji, chole-bature, tea/coffee and toast. In all this was a fulfilling combinations; all the items were freshly made.
