Hotel is very good friendly staff room is very clear and client environment it is good look . and it NEW MANGENMENT has taken the hotel they form 1DECEMBER. Food is very good for children . good safety with BAR & RESTURANT ..GOOD FOR FAMILY & COPERTAE person .I stayed 4 days. thank the hotel staff

Recently we planned to stay in Lucknow for cpl of days , so i jst planned and ask to our close frand to recommend a homly atmosphere olace ,He suggestd us to stay Hotel Monarch inn, boz of vantilated and wid all basic amenities required we suggest to all family visitors not go move here n there..staff is very humble n sincer wid guest, food is very tasty

I booked this hotel throu tripadvisor booking .com I wanted my sons to see the congested part of Lucknow too. The hotel was gracious enough to give a single room for 4 -two double beds The experience was bad we left the next morning after a late night check in The management offered to change room but we left This hotel should not be in the list for foreign visitors

I am from Lucknow Only. I am a traveler who travels with the minimum expectation of luxury that I should get during journey coz I want to feel it in its own way. You people can think of the level of disappointment that I had faced during my stay in this hotel that I am writing this long real review. For my marriage function I made my guest stay in this hotel and made the biggest mistake of my life. I Booked 4 rooms in advance but on the day I got the check In at 4 PM and Manager gave us the reason that the rooms are getting cleaned up because earlier guest has checked out late. They started asking us to go to either Low category rooms and were asking for unreasonable amount to upgrade the room. 10 Guests waited at reception from 11AM till 4 PM. There was no cleaning in any of the four room. Bed was not even properly made and Sofa cushion were in really bad shape. AC was Leaking and washroom were not at all clean. Even In toilet flush was not working. While My Guest were in the room and they were still keep coming in the room for one reason or other (They actually had to because there were so many problem as mentioned above). Coming to food quality: Guest checked in at 4 PM. Since I have already informed them at 3:30 PM that soon after checking we will have our lunch and we got that at around 5 PM and then we repeat our chapati order which we got when everybody was done with whatever they got. Because of this, the function which we had planned at our home at 5:30 PM got delayed by 2 Hours. Over this, they were so rude in replying to any question asked and service demanded. I would like to highlight the name of Receptionist - Mukesh .. for him I will use word "Badtameej" he was very rude. He was literally ignoring every concern of ours. Even when I was talking to him face to face and he was not replying to any question pretending as if I am not there. Finally at the time of payment they guys asked the payment in cash saying that there is no Card Swipe facility and rather helping me they told me straight on my face "Go out and find some ATM, What to do when we do not have any ATM swipe facility." Due to this reason only I had to make my guest stay at my Uncle's Place at Night because I did not want them to be disturbed whole night. Well, I will not recommend you people whether to go or not in this hotel. Decision is all yours. I only explained what happened there so that you people are also aware about the truth.

This hotel terrible Hotel owner behaviour is very very poor for Costmers Hotel is only for call girls not for family Hotel services are not up to date I am strongly recommended not stay in this hotel with family
