The service and hospitality was excellent However,there is some room for improvement in stay facilities ( furnishings, cleanliness).Hope the management looks into this. The food was good. We were traveling in a group and had our menu planned. The staff esp Mr Sunil was very co operative with all our arrangements and even last minute changes . Location and view from rooms..esp in higher floors was pleasing. Pool was clean. Spa facility was available but it can be much better.

Disappointing Stay ’ Poor Maintenance & Service The resort did not meet expectations. The room interiors, made entirely of black marble (including the bed), lacked warmth and luxury. The entire property seemed poorly maintained. Housekeeping and room service were highly inefficient. Despite multiple requests, no one attended to housekeeping during our 2-night stay. Used plates from in-room dining were not collected until the next afternoon, by which time the leftovers had started to stink. Basic toiletries like body wash, shampoo, and hand wash were missing in the washrooms. The only saving grace was the food quality, which was very good. Overall, not recommended if you expect good service and a well-maintained property.

First of all this not a spa resort. They say their spa is under renovation but I didn’t see any spa space in the resort. I got a room with stairs inside which is very inconvenient in dark to walk towards washroom. I asked them to change the room but they informed that all their rooms have stairs. Also, bedding isn’t comfortable(not sure if the issue was only with my room). Parking space is very limited so if you are late you have to park on the road side in front of the property. Their claimed infinity pool isn’t really an infinity pool so don’t get deceived by the pictures. Breakfast is mediocre so don’t expect a lot.

Nice Arrangements, Good Quality of food & taste was very good. Rooms was also well maintained. Quick service. Overall excellent service and we all satisfied.
