Shivsagar Resort and Spa

It was a great stay. Neat and clean rooms with all the amenities. courteous and polite staff. the food was great and the price was reasonable. great location, was close to everything i needed. I really liked the game room as it was maintained and had a lot of games including pool and air hockey. No complaints but just an advice that something about the private pool in the aqua room should be done as it was continuously getting dirty and was cold all the time. Perhaps a covered one wouod be better. All in all great stay,l and definitely recommended

It's a mixed bag here. Outside noise comes too much through the door, that too when the hotel was on just 15-20% occupancy. Expecting a quite pleasant stay. Also bed covers & towels were tacky and low standard maintained. Overall property is good, also the room service & food was better offered.

From the warm welcome to the spotless rooms and excellent service, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel had great amenities, including a well-maintained indoor game section, which was perfect for some family fun. The staff was always attentive and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. A highlight of our stay was their willingness to help prepare fresh baby food in the kitchen. This thoughtful gesture made traveling with a little one so much easier and truly set the hotel apart. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and attentive service. Overall, Shivsagar Resorts & Spa provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We will definitely be returning!

It is one of best stay in terms of service, quality food, comfortable room and washroom. Rooms are spacious and nicely interior work done. Outside garden was fully maintained and enjoyable. Must be recommended place.

Excellent room very clean and well maintained. Food from their in-house restaurant was excellent. We would have lunch out and feel we should have had in the hotel restaurant only. Chinese or Mughlai everything was very tasty. Breakfast spread was decent as well. Service is very prompt and good. Staff is helpful too.
