we stay at hotel sun shine at last week the hotel rooms are clean and also service is exlent.the staff co-operative. i will suggest to best hotel to family stay .we are enjoying our holidays. best part is hotel situated main road so quickly reach thanks hotel sun shine

Hotel Sunshine Residency @ Metgutad Mahableshwar is very bad in serving people. When Me and 4 friends checked in the Hotel, he offered us the room which did not had the TV fitted in. When asked they said its sent for repair and will get it installed in couple of hours. For freshening up i asked for soap and towel and he said 1 towel & 1 soap per room, I said we are 5 people and you are just giving me 2 towels and 2 soaps, that not good and hygienic as well but he said it our policy and online booking is not eligible for that. Later we had to go over the corner to purchase towels and soaps. Later he bough the TV which did not had remote and asked me to go up to the TV and operate it by clicking on the buttons. I had to fight with him and ask fro refund and then he bought me a TV which had bad display and said this the best i can do. For my 2 night stay There is a guy who use to come to my room early morning at 6.00 am and ask me to allow him pass by my room Balcony to turn on hot water for the hotel. And for this he use to disturb me early morning. Also to mention on 1st day our room hot water tap was not working. There was no hot water in the room. When i complained to him this guy went out to all the room asking whether they getting hot water and then came back after an hour and said that everyone is getting the water i don't know what is the problem. and went back. I again had to call him to arrange for hot water, so took my bucket and came back with 1 bucket full of water for bathing after an hour. For room mate we fetched the water from other room. They didn't even bother to give me 2 buckets as we were 2 guys in that room. Later we asked for the complimentary breakfast as per my plan and he said sir we don't have kitchen or restaurant here and so no breakfast will be provided. Again we had a fight over there and he arranged for Poha and coffee which again took an hour for him get that and we started our day 11.30 am Thanks to this guys. On the same night we bought our food from outside to eat, and we asked little salt from this guys and again they denied saying that they don't have restaurant here, where as down stairs near basement there was a place where this people were cooking stuff. Thank fully a guy in next room was having some table salt and he offered me the same but this guys didn't bother to help On day of my check out i asked for breakfast and he said that as you are checking out today you are not eligible fro breakfast. I showed him my voucher where it was mention that i will get 3 breakfast but still he said no he can not give us the break fast telling me its their policy. I Suggest people Mahableshwar is a huge place where there are loads of option for staying> Please Please Please, don't check in to this hotel and waste your money. The hotel and service is not even worth a penny.
