This review is not on our stay at this guest house rather on the attitude & behaviour of the guest house authority as they did not oblige us to stay there in spite of our confirmed pre paid booking. While producing our booking voucher, the person at shabby looked reception room straightly refused us to provide accommodation on the plea of total occupancy and asked to look for alternative. We, being embarrassed, requested again to provide us accomodation as we already paid for this. Then the owner of the property came in the picture and tried to shift the responsibility to the travel site through which we booked & told that they have nothing to do. On repeated pursue & request, they, at last at late evening, offered us two dingy rooms at a nearby sub-standard guest house having no basic facility. We had no option left as we were with ladies & children and tired after making about 1500 KM journey through air & road. Some how the night passed by. As committed by them regarding complimentary breakfast, we approached to their restaurant at morning & they reluctantly provided us a piece of sandwich & a cup of coffee. What surprised us that they had no regret over the incident rather tried to handle the issue by rude & arrogant attitude. We had a horrible experience there. Also, the property seems not at all tempting, as seen from outside. It is better to avoid the place for such unethical, rude & arrogant attitude in part of management. However, travel sites should also be cautious to recommend such place as this in turn affects their reputation.

We had book before 2 month from make my trip but when we arrived there they ware willing to give only 3 room because they overbooked..blame on make my trip..so they are just cheater who can give your room to another though we had done advance booking..3 of our family stay in another hotel and we are finally had a room.. Now room was so much dirty and smelly.they didnt provide blankets after waiting 2 hour.pathetic attitude of owner..dont fall in cheap marketing strategy..we are litteraly shivering without blanket because fan had a no regulator.ac is not working and there is a mosquito...

This was my second trip to this place and the experience was horrible. Though we checked in 4 hours late, there were no rooms and were told that since they are experiencing high volume of customers, they can't help. We had to adjust in rooms adjacent to parking after booking the stay via yatra.com Though the hotel is located at a very convenient location, try to do a walk in stay rather than a advanced booking where most likely you will be cheated. Guys, please avoid this place, There are lot of other stays nearby. Try one of those.

This is a budget guest house at the prime location. We can't expect much in that budget but some we should bear minimum. No lift - we got room in the 2nd floor and my in laws struggled climbing up No car parking - faced problem with car parking and there is no security Poor Wifi connection, Old rooms (some smell bad) No restaurant (can manage if you come out onto the street) Best suited for bachelors..

I and my friend visited this place on our trip to Pondicherry. We stayed a night at this place and the place is clean. The only problem is that it gets very hot without an AC. Rest its decent and everything is on a walking distance.
