Food is good. sufficient parking place and polite staff but one issue which i felt and downgrades its rating "if the room door is opened by mistake the service boy will not knock and directly comes inside" very sad to see lack of such basic etiquette.

I stayed in this hotel form 17th to 21st September this year with my student group. The hotel seems a luxurious one from outside but the moment you step inside the room you will be disappointed to see a very average room with no such facilities like electric kettle, complementary tea/coffee bag etc. Room service is poor, more over hotel staffs behaved strangely rude without any reason. They arranged for four SUVs for our Rohtang Pass tour. One of my colleagues forgot his costly sunglass in one of the SUVs at the time of return. After repeated request the hotel staff does not bother at all to co-operate us to find it back. As a government employee, I have to submit hotel bills after every trip to get reimbursement. But at the time of check out the hotel management refused to hand over me a proper bill, instead they gave me a statement like thing written in poor English on their letterhead. there is no filtered drinking water facility at any public place inside the hotel, you have to buy bottled waters at double price from the hotel authority, otherwise you have to drink the same water that comes to your bathroom.

I and my wife went to Manali and stayed in this Hotel (Hotel Kenilworth International). At first, let me tell you that this Hotel is very close to Mall and infact walking distance to Mall Shops at Manali and very close to Bus Stand. The Hotel is clean and have a very supportive Reception. We booked the Super Delux room and we found the Room Spacious with Sofa included. It would have been good, if the room has electronic kettle with Tea Bags kept in a plate. Since it is a cold region, the room had extra quilt and that made our stay comfortable. Regarding the service we found that its a bit slow but the food quality was good. For Sightseeing we requested the reception staffs to arrange for a vehicle and we were provided good conditioned Alto and experienced driver at affordable costs. All total we found the Hotel good and special thanks to the Reception Staffs for their hospitality.

Good thing: 1. Location, not on mall road but equally not so far too. 2. Staff were very cooperative 3. If you in manali for outdoor activities then a comfortable hotel to stay. 4. Very close to bus stand so you can do local traveling to good nearby places through bus rather than own conveyance. 5. Last but not the least the price. You can save a lot of money with a real confortable stay in room. Bad: 1. Food quality but very nice dining places nearby so never regretted. 2. Foul order in the lobby and basement.(not in room) 3. Front rooms have a bit of noise from road during night but then if you lock windows it's quite. Overall our experience was good.

The rooms are tidy but the smell of Sewarge and waste is across the hotel. Even in the balcony of the rooms, the smell is spread like anything. The staff is not available after 10:30 pm and you cannot think of anyone serving you after 11 pm maximum. Worst hotel to stay in my entire trips.
