Though the Hotel seeemed to be good yet cleanliness in the room particularly in wash room was terrible. Toilet seat was poorly maintained. Linen used to be changed when request was made. It was changed after 3 days. Every time key was asked when cleanliness was required. We waited inside the room for sweeper but he never turned up even after request was made reply was - he will come in the evening but never came. Wash basin was terrible. They never used any acid / toilet cleaner to clean the toilet. Only simple brooming aws done with water. No place was made to hang clothes. Inside the cupboard no cloth hanging rail was available. The experienced was horrible. Overall 1 out of 5.

My stay in this hotel was very nice and I enjoyed. Staff behavior is also nice and cooperative and as this hotel is located in a crowded area we were enjoying my stay. If I get a chance to recommend hotels to anyone then I would prefer this hotel.

Location: Although Hotel was located in new Manali , but still it was located at convenient location. It was about 2 Kms from Manali Bus stand and about 1.5 KM from Mall road. Parking: The Hotel has no covered parking but has space to park about six cars, just in front of its entrance. I left my car there for the night with an assurance from the hotel that it is absolutely safe. The Front desk: The staff was absolutely not helpful, arrogant and unprofessional. We had booked 2 rooms and were expected to check in at 12.00 Noon however we reached at 5.00 PM in evening and still we were told that only one room is available as the other room is still occupied and will be available only after 30 minutes.The room we were given was stinking but after around 1 hour we were asked to move to 4th floor as they told us that we were mistakingly led to 1st . On all 3 nights of our stay staff was not helpful at all. When we occupied the room we found that the phone extension and tube light does not work and even after complaining multiple times , none of these were rectified. Only one 10 W CFL was provided which was not enough in nights. Also linens were dirty and they refused to change it. So over all it was a horrible experience. Only one guy Mr sandeep (I believe he was the owner) was helpful otherwise everyone else made my stay uncomfortable. The Rooms: Rooms were not clean at all. linen were dirty. Rooms were not cleaned even after giving keys.Toilet seat was not clean and wash basin taps were not working. Tube light was not working , neither the room phone extension was functional. Although view from the room was awesome, the only positive side. Food & Room Service: We did not order anything fancy. Food was average. Service was fast. One days stale chapattis were served but were replaced after complaining. Overall: On the whole, it was a horrible experience.The hotel is a bad option even for the budget traveller. Staff is arrogant and unprofessional and rooms are in horrible conditions. Only good things are view from rooms(4th floor) and perhaps location. I would strictly not recommend this hotel to anyone.
