Basic accommodation for a fair price. Do not expect a fivestar hotel but a basic but for Indian standards a clean room. I would classify the hotel as a backpacker hotel just that you (for some reason) do not find backpackers in Mandarmoni! The restaurant serves only Indian cusine but in general god food. The staff is helpfull and polite. We had a really nice stay.

We booked this hotel after speaking to their representative who gave a whole lot of false promises . He mentioned that the hotel is on the main road just opposite to the police station . He said that the hotel offers Indian and Chinese food and accomodation for drivers as well . When we went to the spot we found that the hotel is away from the main road and has to be approached through a kutcha (muddy road ) where the car tyres were getting stuck in the soil . A rain would have meant a sure disaster .Lunch and dinner were served with a wrong order (we never got what we ordered ) even 3 hours after ordering and doing multiple follow ups .Since we told them that we wanted to check out the next day as service was poor they continuously kept switching off the AC through the night (they had AC switch outside as well .Imagine the horrible pain we went through just by choosing to stay with them . We escalated the whole matter to the reception staff and found a lot of guests in the reception who were annoyed with their service and wanted to check out .The staff were absolutely cold and not bothered about their poor service

1. LOCATION. Excellent. Bang on the beach. 2. STAFF. Polite and helpful. But totally untrained. 3 APPROACH ROAD. "Kucha" and very narrow with extremely undulating surface. 4. ROOM. Standard double-bedded room was converted into four-bedded room by adding extra beds, thus making the room extremely crowded with no space to maneuver or to keep luggage. 5. CURTAIN. Instead of two, each window had only one curtain, which was hung by thread as there was no window rod or pelmet. 6. CLEANLINESS. Extremely poor. Except for sweeping the floors of the rooms before arrival of the guests, practically no other cleaning was done. Rooms and corridors had cob-webs. There were garbage dumps every where. Empty bottles and discarded paper plates were strewn all over. 7. FOOD. Just about average. Rarely provided the ordered food. 8. DRINKING WATER. Even the bottled water had sediments and floating foreign materials in it. Obviously, locally filled bottles were being sold to guests as original water bottles. 9. AIR CON & GEYSER. Though the AC & the geyser were working, both were switched off often to run the water pump (due to load factor), thereafter the staff had to be repeatedly told to restart these (as, AC and geyser both had central on/off switch which was controlled by the staff).

We had booked this hotel and stayed there from 15th April to 17th April , 2016. The only positive point about this hotel is it's almost on the beach. The AC did not work in our 4 bedded room. We had to stay in a Non AC room inspite of booking an AC room. After cleaning the room the waste was kept outside the room till we left.Nobody bothered to remove it.Bed sheets were not changed. I heard from my friends that previously food was good.But our experience was terrible. The hotel staffs were also very unprofessional. Overall i would never refer this hotel to anyone.

Room quality---- Fine Location ---- Absoutely perfect on the sea shore Room service was excellent food served was also of good quality.... ambience was fantastic... night life is more interesting in Mandarmani
