If cleanliness is not your thing, then this is fabulous. Unkempt rooms, shabby toilets, smelly dining area. Remember what you book for online and what you get finally are different. So dont come in for surprise saying you paid for something and you are getting something else. The manager was least helpful when we said we booked what we saw online and we got another deal. Profit and not customer care is the story of many an Indian venture. I wouldn't go back. Car parking is out in the open, loads of mosquitoes, cockroaches yes

Most disorganised place..starting with the approach which can lead to your car collapsing...to confused service and billing. No drinking water provided...shout out for room service...though the staff is courteous they are most confused. They billed us for 10 sodaz wen v ordered for 1. Total confusion with the bill..over charged us for food! Rooms are gud but wats d use ...not recommended at all. L. Saigal

Spent a weekend in August , the staffs were very helpful... .. food was awesome... only the entrance need to be made properly as driving on the unstable boulders could be risky... But over all a very good experience ...The best thing is that the proprietor is very keen to do the best for this property and to provide the best of service to the guest ... Must mention the sea view rooms are excellent with the best decor over all a thumbs up to this Hotel

Visited Mandarmani with office collegues in Aug'16 and incidentally was booked at Masara Beach resort. This is my 7th visit to Mandarmani but I haven't been to a worse hotel than this. 1. The first thing that strikes you is the location of the hotel. Due to a recent accident vehicles are prohibited on the beach due to which any guest coming to the hotel has to walk atleast 15 mins from the road. Cars wont come to the hotel and even the drivers warned us against booking the hotel. The hotel management hasn't made any provisions to improve the situation. 2.The next thing would be the absolute lack of interest of each and every hotel staff to improve the customer experience. Even the manager Mr Singh is not bothered to make the stay of the guests a memorable one. The staff refused mutton outright when asked saying they wont provide it. It was not a problem that the hotel didn't have mutton but how the hotel staff replied to the request. 3. The entire staff in the hotel are impolite. 4. ACs in the room were turned on only after repeated reminders and it seemed the management was focussed on saving money on the generator diesel rather than focusing on the comfort of the guests. On being asked the manager argued about the checkin checkout time and the mandatory slots when ACs are turned off etc. Would advice to avoid this hotel at all costs when visiting Mandarmani as there are much better hotels and resorts where the staff focus on the comfort of the guest instead of just minting money.

We have visited many resorts in mandarmoni. But the speciality in this resort is their service. They will provide lunch or dinner within 15 minutes of order which is rare in this area. Food quality is awesome. Scenic beauty is very good. Beach is kind of private. They have a deck from where you can seat and view the see upto whatever time you want. Rooms are OK kind of. Anyway you do not go mandarmoni to spend time in hotel rooms. The only problem is you have to enter or leave hotel during low tide to access Beach road. Otherwise you need to walk the muddy road and reach the hotel.
