Break fast was dry n pathetic. I doubt its not hot water. Staffs doesn't know the meaning of hospitality & the way of approach is bad. As we checked In at 6 AM but during checkout they charged extra 500 Rs for 2 hours late checkout i.e. 8 AM checkout. If you are with family, looking for descent hotels, i suggest not to visit here.

We booked via internet got confirmation on app booking.com. I must say this was very convenient. At hotel we showed mobile app and email confirmation. Room was not ready, he gave a interim place for few hrs and then later shifted to room we booked. Staff was very helpful, room was clean. Problems: Suite had 2 AC's only one worked. Supposed to accommodate 4: We expected 2 double beds. We got one double bed and 2 mattresses. This was a downer. Why advertise room for 4 occupancy and have only one double bed. Good: Location very nice, next to City Center Mall and good eating joints. Overall : Good experience.

I chose to stay here based on trip advisor reviews. But it turned out to be bad. The hotel is located with buildings on 3 sides and the 4th side is covered with elevated rocks and roads. As a result, there is no natural ventilation. It is hotter in the day and colder in the night. Also the hotel is an unplanned construction or expansion from an existing building. There are not many lights in the corridor or nets in the common windows to prevent mosquitoes. However the rooms are okay with clean bathrooms. The free wi-fi provided by the hotel worked fine. The best part about the hotel is its location. It located in Hampankatta in the busy K.S.Rao road next to City Centre. So it is connected by bus with all parts of the city and autos and taxis are available all through the day.

Please never stay in this hotel, even if you get the room for free. Dirty pillows/pillow covers, dirty curtains and rude staff. For a non-ac room they charged 1500. Person at reception was mentioning a different amount when i checked out and then agreed for 1500(I think he charged as per his wish)

The rooms were very comfortable and just 1 km from the railway station.This hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the city and very close to the shopping mall.The staff was friendly and professional they are very attentive. I would recommend the hotel for best price.
