Hotel is not so far from the airport,also the staff people are good,in and around there are many markets, i will sugeest this hotel to my family.

The Hotel is very good. The rooms are very clean and up to date. The manager of housekeeping was rude and should be taught how to speak with the guest. Overall Excellent value for money. Too good.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The offered breakfast is not buffet. There are three options all south Indian vegetarian meals. The hotel staff were good. Room was tidy. No tooth paste in the bathroom otherwise bathroom and toilet are complete and clean

The rooms are comfortable and sufficient for 2 people. However the dining options and room service were terrible. They have recently renovated the hotel but the restaurant is still the same with South Indian Menu. We had same breakfast in our 3 Days stay. Not advisable.

Clean, hygenic, professional staff, especially front office folks. Quick service . However the restaurant food needs a little gap to be filled in. In terms of food variety, taste and deliverables , though here again the restaurant boys & gals were professional and always on standby with a will to help customers. Keep it up. Another area that can be looked into is to minimise or neutralize sound pollution even at top floor. All the very best

Booked this place as most of the regular places I visit were booked..last minute trip with kid in tow and the staff went out of the way to make my stay comfortable. Spl mention to kasandra and team. Good lication,decent food and value for money. V happy with the place..thanks

Avoid this hotel. Too expensive for the shack accomodation and food they provide. Unhygienic & stuffy place. Chalta hai attitude of staff ! Poor breakfast buffet. We checked out after one day staff to some other hotel

Stayed at the hotel from 8-9 Dec 2017 on a business trip. Sadly the checkout left a bitter taste. The hotel is an average hotel, the ambiance is ok, room are clean. and the staff is courteous and quick to respond. I checked-in in the evening, the room A/C was not working and was switched on centrally only after i called the housekeeping for complaining. There were few mosquitoes in the room but the hotel provided a liquidator on request. But all responses were quick so appreciate that. The room service food menu is simple but preparation is very good. The breakfast menu is limited but very well prepared full marks to the chef. The shocker came during checkout, i was reviewing my bill and realized that i have been charged an 18% GST for Room service. when i pointed out to the staff, i was informed that it is as per govt. regulations. I asked the to speak to the manager, he came and informed that it is as per the GST and that they have received an email from the govt. for the same. (really?) They took about an hour to get any kind of clarification for charging the wrong taxation, as i was getting late for my appointment. I requested them to give me in writing which the manager refused saying he is waiting for an email from their CEO for the clarify. After 1 hour he brought the govt. GST circular and provided it to me. when i asked him to point out where is the information that room service and restaurant GST differently charged made he said its too big a document to point out and that i will need to read through it myself. I finally got the statement from them in writing on my bill for differentiation in GST and left. I have been travelling all over the country for past 4 years and had a fair share of good and bad experiences, however this by far is the worst experience so far. My only tip to the staff know your tariff and taxation structure clear people are not ignorant as you think them to be. And to all the guest, staying and planning to stay at this hotel, be sure to check you bills before checkout.
