Overall not a very good experience with this hotel. Though staff service is co-operative and helpful, the location was not good near the hotel. Rooms were clean but the AC, geyser was not working in the room. They have a swimming pool but it had no water. Food was not so good and below expectations. Rahul Shah. Rooms were filthy. But support staff were good. Will not recommend any couples.

One of the worst hotel in matheran.room furniture's are broken,walls and ceiling has stain , dining table is broken,food was average(only veg food).no room amenities are available in the room(towel,soap) .phone is there but not working,everytime we need to Call room server personal No.restaurant is unhygienic,very Dirty.government should take action against the management and close this kind of Hotel.very bad experience.

Zero star rating. They are fooling people with tariff and room. Rooms which are shown in the picture is not the same which they give. washroom are in so much pathetic condition that will surely spoil your stay. it stinks very badly. rooms were not clean and tidy. the bedsheets were not changed. on our request to change it, they didnt even bother to change. food is so bad. the staff, manager all are so rude. on arguing they just told us "Jo hota hai kr lo". Our trip of two days was spoil because of all this chaos. and we were left with no option but to stay as we had booked online. they didnt even gave refund. Please guys see other hotels and dont stay with this hotel. trust me you will be left with bad experience and memories.

I have never visited such an AWFUL place..stinking rooms,unclean swimming pool and the worst part was pathetic bathrooms..The manager dont have a sense how to speak to a customer...they dont really care about customer satisfaction...its just a NO NO!!

This place is by far the worst place ever. Its not even fit to be described to be called a hotel. Disgusting rooms, smelly atmosphere and pathetic Staff. The management think they are the only Hotel in Matheran. Do anything buh don't go to this place. Stay at home, you will surely have a betta tym. Absolutely HORRIBLE

Horrible experience.. Poor customer service plus the rooms are very dirty and smelly.. Upon all this management fights with us for not paying us back any money for check out.. Its OK to spend slight more some where else rather then spending less over here and spoling your holidays. Management and owner both don't have any values of customer satisfaction. Anand Ritz should be your last option to visit #Super untidy # Poor Customer Service # Arrogant Managers and owners # Not worth at all # ZERO STAR RESORT
