The stay was very comfortable in this hotel. Staffs were courteous and polite in their work. Rooms were clean and neat. I had my food it was fantastic in taste.

1)The main advantage of hotel was its closeness to Railway and Bus station, which was around 200-300 meters. 2) Rooms were clean, but could have been better, not upto 3 star standards. Bathroom were not well cleaned. 3) Hotel staff and receptionist were unfriendly in general. 4) We were cheated by restaurant service, by adding extra bills, which were later ratified, though food was pretty good. 5) I was JUST satisfied.

The Room Service in the hotel was excellent however the conditions of the room was not very exciting. There were lizards crawling on the walls not a very healthy sight of the rooms.

Good stay. A/C didn't work the first night, but they provided a compensation by upgrading the booking to a different, larger room for the next night. A couple I met on my travel also headed to this hotel based on my recommendation and others' and were happy with their stay too.

The hotel was good. Considering the location like mathura city, the hotel provided much comfort and a value service. Location: The location of the hotel was good. It was very well connected with the city. Its just 1.5 kms from the railway station and other means of transport are also available. Arrival: On arrival, the reception did not waste any time in locating the reservation and alloting the room. However, there was no service available at the reservation counter for the carriage of luggage and locating where the room is (although doesnt matter to me but matters to aged people) Service: The service was average. The room keys were broken which was replaced by the staff. The room service was prompt enough for the cleanliness and food service. Food: The food was the best part of the stay. The food was delicious and was at a very nominal rate. The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast with my package. Overall, the service was good. I would definitely prefer to book this hotel next time.
