The Mystic Palms

Mystic Palms is a relatively small but cosy hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean with basic amenities. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The place where they really need to improve is the breakfast spread. Virtually very little on offer, shoe string to be precise. This is one place where they really need to give a second thought as they are left wanting on that count. The major places of attraction in the town are not far off and you get tuk-tuks easily to commute. That should be the preferred mode of travel as parking is an issue everywhere. Also, some of the places are located in small lanes where even commuting on foot is a problem. Overall a decent stay. Whether I would re-visit the hotel.... not given a thought...

The resort is well maintained and suits all family needs. Staff service is good and they take care of your smallest needs. The food at Route 66 is to look forward for. Sincere thanks to Mr Gireesh, Mr Atul Choudhary and Restaurant Manager at Route 66 gives the guest much needed comfort. Overall best price, great place and courteous staff makes The Mystic Palms a place to look forward for your stay in Mathura.

I m stay in the hotel with family Hotel us very nice and clean staff us very polite and hotel interior is so good. thanks to mystic palms to make our nice trip swimming pool is new and clean.only one draw back restaurant is upcoming.overall stay us excellent.

This is a nice hotel, about one year old just on the NH crossing Mathura. The rooms are nice but the services need to improve a lot. Girishji - the manager at front desk and the front desk lady is very helpful. However, to have acclaim- the room service need to improve quite a bit. If you are not finicky may try it out.
