The hotel is new, clean, well managed, and this is the best area in Dharamsala: a short walk from McLeog Ganj, but quiet. I had a good stay here.

This property was good and the location is also good and the service is also good.

Manish from Mcleodganj, India recommends this hotel Posted:  Room Quality: 2/5 Service Quality: 1/5 Dining Quality: 1/5 Cleanliness: 2/5

At first when we reached there we found out that there was booking in a room meant for two people rather than three that I had booked.I was told that all the rooms were occupied and we were cramped in a room measuring 10ft x 10ft. located on the terrace. There is no elevator in this hotel and the room was on the 3rd floor. The room opened on a terrace which was occupied by a dozen monkeys, and the hotel staff was absent to tackle the menace. In the evening the terrace was leased out to a group of loud Punjabis on the pretext of a barbecue. On my protest the manager said that I have to bear the whole thing as the terrace was sold out.The restaurant has a long menu but less than one fourth of it is available. All gravy dishes taste the same and the oil used is cheap.Complimentary breakfast has to be attended to by 9;30 AM or else you run the risk of doing only with stale toast and jam.Juice is offered with great reluctance. You may be forced to have only buffet dinner and no ala carte is available.Cleanliness is average and housekeeping has to be requested repeatedly to clean the room. They have a inhouse spa which is fine and the only attraction. The hotel itself is located at the end of the town and the only approach road is choc a block with traffic during season and weekends. We took about an hour and a half to reach the hotel from the market place about two kms away.

The hotel has a nice location away from the main city near Bhagsunag area.It has clean rooms with hot/cold water. The room size is bit small. It has only 1 plug point so it was difficult to charge our mobiles.Other wise decent staff except the Manager HR SHARMA who is very rude and does not even talk properly. The hotel claims to be part of Best Western which is not true as it is not of that standard.

Utkash from Mcleodganj, India recommends this hotel Posted:  Room Quality: 3/5 Service Quality: 3/5 Dining Quality: 1/5 Cleanliness: 2/5

We had gone to this hotel with group of friends to celebrate the New Year. The hotel had its own party which we did not attend due to poor quality of food. The manager was very rude and not co-operative unlike the other staff. The hotel has parking facility but I guess they do not have a standard of best western group (this may be fraud!). Overall, the hotel was decent and in budget as well.

Only CASH accepted Only CASH accepted

Everything about this hotel is OK...but...you need to carry CASH along to pay this Hotel bills. I've been paying most of my hotel bills through Debit/Credit cards for the last so many years..but...it was so frustrating to pay the bills of this Hotel. They won't accept anything but CASH (If you were living in India through the months of Nov and Dec 2016, you can understand my point. Apart from this issue, this Hotel is really nice.

surprisingly good hotel surprisingly good hotel

I stayed there with family in super deluxe room for 4 nights. initially looking at the tripadvisor reviews I was not ready for the hotel but my tour agent insisted so choose it. To my surprise hotel is far better than people says here. super deluxe rooms 107 and 207 are very big with nice interiors dressing room, big bathroom, living area and front facing balcony. reception people are very nice and helping you. room servants are fast and humble. breakfast was in huge quantity, hygenic and mouth watering. we had dinners too. the taste of food is one of the best in dharamsala and maclyoyd ganj. we used to walk at late night from maclyoyd ganj to hotel at bhagsu. our memorable walks of life during diwali nights. you can sit for a while on the beanches on the way and look at the town valley mountains and sky. Location of hotel is good too. far from hustle bustle of maclyoyd ganj. The Lady manager helped and encouraged us for our trekking of Triund. overall very good place. I will go there again and again for sure.

The best from Mcleodganj The best from Mcleodganj

by Abhinav K on November 14, 2016

I was on a short trip of Mcleodganj. My only purpose to go for Triund, that's why I chose some quite stay away from crowded market area of Mcleodganj. This properly is located two kilometers from Mcleodganj main square in the village of Bhagsunag. The village dharamkot is just half kilometer from here. The hotel offers very hygienic food and staff behavior is really awesome. Though I was staying alone they shown me two or three rooms to choose from. I am really thankful to the hospitality given.

Don't book it Don't book it

by Melj234 on November 6, 2016

I'm going to be honest, this hotel is gross. The rooms are old a rickety, there is no where to get a soft drink after 10pm, the toilets are dirty and perhaps the worst part is the linen is wet. No matter how many times they say they will fix it. The only positive is the staff and very friendly. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere clean!

Go for it! Go for it!

Booked through OYO, this was a real steal. All amenities highly appreciated, good food, service and hospitality. The open terrace on the third floor overlooking Dharamshala adds to the charm. Near to Bhagsunag and walking distance from the main market, definitely a very good option.
