Heavenly beautiful, calm and serene amidst nature Heavenly beautiful, calm and serene amidst nature

This place is perfect for tired minds and souls, who are have been working hard to fulfill their ambitions and dreams can get easily rejuvenated in this calm & beautiful place before you get back up for another battle life offers you in fulfilling your dreams and desires. Life is usually chaotic, so after much research I zeroes in on this perfect place for us. We rode on our bike from Mumbai as couple crossed Maharashtra & Gujarat and landed up here on 2nd day late evening to a nice bonfire , hot water shower and lovely chilly weather. I still can't get over the entire experience. Thanks to awesomely located Forest Eco Lodge and it's sweetest owner Mala and her family. We stayed in their newly built cottages, very big and spacious with a huge balcony opening to a nice jungle view all around from where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise. I went around Mount Abu and found this hotel to be really different from other regular hotels placed in market area or on roads. You should be really lucky if you get the reservations. It's worth the try and money. Try and speak to the owner Mala Shah directly as she is the best person to guide you in every possible way. Such a sweet girl she is. May god bless her. I am going to try and post pictures and videos of our stay which might help you. Thanks Forest Eco Lodge for a lifetime beautiful memory. Regards. Vikrant Rai & Priya Vikrant Rai

Peaceful & Relaxing Homestay in the edge of a Forest Peaceful & Relaxing Homestay in the edge of a Forest

We stayed here for 3 nights in January 2017, we found the property very peaceful and relaxing. The location and view from the property is worth spending the time. We enjoyed the care and company of the Owners and their 2 dogs. We had a great time around the garden and campfire. We wish they could open up a kitchen for the resident guests, as the food ordering from elsewhere is the only drawback.

We were 2 adults and one toddler, looking for 2 nights stay. The property was recommended by friends and we were very happy with the facilities. The property is in central location in mount Abu, though the last 200 meters of road are not in good condition. The hosts are very receptive and tell the directions if you are confused. There are 6 rooms, including 2 luxury rooms. The room we were given was neat, clean and looked very welcoming. There are two dogs on the property and we had a delightful time playing with them. It is a total recommend from us.

Very good stay on the outskirts of the city Very good stay on the outskirts of the city

Stayed here for a night in last week of December 2016. Very good for people who like their place away from the hustle bustle of such hill stations and also for people traveling in their own car. Managed by a lovely lady and her family including a Rottweiler and a pug. Recommended for easy going holidays.

Nestled in the hilly forest of Mt Abu,the location alone is reason enough to stay at FSL. Add to it the warm hospitality of the Shah family, the professional upkeep of the property, the comforts of a plush cottage and the spectacular views and you have arguably the best place to stay in entire Mt. Abu. Ms. Mala makes a very gracious host. We were afforded a perfect blend of privacy and homely service. The breakfasts were sumptuous and the dinners by the bonfire were fun. Then there's the adorable pets ; 2 dogs and tortoises. Ms Mala took a personal interest in my family's quest to see bears in the wild and actually volunteered to go looking for them at midnight with us. The Shah family and staff at the FSL are just awesome people! I d stay only at the Forest Eco lodge when I visit Abu again.
