We check in at 7.00 a.m in june,16.. Bathroom is so dirty... beds are full of bedbugs.. we are not able to sleep whole... along with this there was no electricity whole night.. staff are so irresponsible... neither they respond nor they attend us politely.. Floor was full of dirt.. we wont able to roam in room without slippers.... we had worstest experience... kindly dont visit this type of hotel with so high price.......

Just hotel location is good as it's nearby the bus stand. As per hotel, staff is completely unprofessional and arrogant. Don't expect any service quality from these people, they make false statements for their service but after checkin you will find worst experience. Rooms are completely dirty and bedsheets and pillow covers are stingy. There is no provision to approach reception/service boy other than by visiting them personally. Even they don't consider the complaints seriously. I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel for any reason. In this price range you would find better alternates nearby.

The reception staff was incredibly rude to me and basically said my booking, which was done on a reputable booking website was not confirmed. They offered me no alternative and were totally unapologetic. I walked around in the heat to find somewhere else, but everywhere was full. Turned out to be a happy accident, as the two hours I had till the afternoon bus left was all I needed in that tourist trap.

starting from reception...room, canteen guys, amenities everything....is ridiculous....nothing is even deserve 1 out of 10 rating. pay more money but never stay here. staff is ridiculous, rigid...n look like earned well....now they r not looking to continue d business...canteen guys r telling that v r with contract so we are not any how related to hotel management. one fan only in family room (6 people room)..fan wings are bend. at base, there is carpet but it is full of dust. were u will lie with ur extra bed..? they give extra bed without chaddar...! with full charge of extra bed. For one more extra hour more that check out time..they will charge u. no hot water in cold abu...u will ask 5 time for hot water then they will start action. in this manner they will make u late n charge for extra money.. ridiculous...i have faced ever in ma life....nothing is there to praise....yes. parking place is more. n after booking all the time u will think to leave the room..as soon as possible.

Very Poor hotel and rooms were very dirty, the bed sheet that was on the bed was also very dirty and smelling very bad.Bathroom was very unclean.Room service was good but only service was good not food.Worst hotel and not value for the money.
