A beautiful heritage hotel in a city of traffic. The architecture is magnificent and holds the vintage flavour of India. Good location with lakeview , good service and excellent value for money . What more can you ask for.
Great experience with this hotel.
On arrival , I was told that the rooms overlooking the lake in the main hotel were not available and had to settle for two small rooms in a annexe and pay more than what I had paid already ! I was quite upset with this.
Excellent location, its just stone's throw away from the Nakki lake. Rooms were good with wonderful hill views. Rest all things were fine.
Have not satisfied with the quality of service, hospitality of hotel looking to tariff and range of hotel.

Avoid going here. No matter the reviews on other portals, this is one hotel you can forget when going to Mt Abu. Staff is indifferent, rooms are threadbare. A standard A/c room means you are stowed away next to the staff quarters. Rooms have no ventilation or windows. There is barely any space in the room save the bed. The bathrooms need maintenance and replacement. No hot water in winter..Food is just about bearable. Complaints are received very stoically, owners are not bothered about the place. There are no renovations and stained linen, threadbare towels make a bad impression. The tariff included a breakfast buffet which was at best, minimum.
Poorly maintained hotel with dirty linen and poor hot water facilities. Inadequate staff and soiled carpets. The restaurant is the only saving grace. The morning breakfast was cold and stale. The hotel needs a overall renovation. The staff member smoking early morning in the hotel lawns with complete disregard for the hotel guest. It looks like a rundown property.
The Jaipur House, located at the top of the hill, serves a perfect view of the Nakki Lake. The bed was comfortable. But, the cleanliness & maintenance should be better. There is no minibar or complimentary mineral water bottle/tea/coffee in the room available. Wi-fi is free, connectivity issues in some part of hotel. The food & service was great. Don't miss out on dining on rooftop restaurant while overlooking the Nakki Lake. Overall, good value for money.
i would suggest travellers to avoid going to jaipur house, its such an beautiful location with an such bad hotel, the way they maintain is just horrible, the rooms are so stinky, the breakfast they serve is horrible, we landed at hotel at 11.06pm and they reported that dinner is closed at 11pm and so we got food from SHER e PUNJAB which was really excellent, we entered the rooms which they calls deluxe and its like in an cube room in germany very small and unorganised they don't have luggage rack even... and large rooms which they call suite are so stinky, morning got an call at 8am that pls be hurry the breakfast will close at 9.30 so we went for breakfast and saw horrible stuff and so checked out and went to HILLOCK for breakfast which is just AWESOME, i would suggest pls don't visit jaipur house, and management to upgrade otherwise shut down the property, don't play with people's emotions.
We had lunch here! The view is to die for too good! But unfortunately the rest is average. Unless you are looking to spend 14-15k and stay at their suits its not worth it. The basic rooms at the hotel are terrible its like staff rooms and down the hill without any view. Property is still under repairs but good for a pit stop and lunch!
