visited last week with a very old friend ,,we were meeting after almost 20 years ... enjoyed the dinner .food quality was good although we were more busy on our discussions. There were mosquito's and not maintained well as per MRG group standard. The staffs were courteous and had a good meal.

elegant room, amenities were good, ok types room view, nearby slum buildings surrounded. hotel has nightout, one can enjoy discotheque, morning breakfast has its uniqueness, lots of variety. front desk needs improvement

Good rooms but bad customer service. They keep an eye on who is coming, leaving, staying and all. The management need to grow up. It is close to couple of places but terrible service doesn't make it worth.

We've been going to this place since it was Saffron Restaurant, then Aura Grande Hotel and now taken over by Goldfinch Group Bangalore more than year now. We use go to this place because of the good food and excellent hospitality. My family had some fond memories because of the people who made the difference. They have decent rooms and come up with the new concept call Mojo Cafe earlier that place use to be Jade one of the most happening place in MIDC area. The Chefs over there makes decent and palatable multi-cuisine, The gentleman Mr. Sanjay Solanki Asst. F&B Manager is simply superb excellent person with great hospitality attitude then Akhil Restaurant Executive very humble and great hospitality. My son is fan of this place both of them knows his favourite dish. Thank You Team...Keep it up.

One lady receptionist was so rude when we ask for our room to be ready. Service and room quality needs to be improve and bathroom need to be maintained well. Corridor was smelling yuck. Breakfast was awesome.
