I went to mumbai for some urgent business work and my friend booked this hotel for me and i would like to thanks my friend as this hotel is great. I didnt faced any problem at arrival nor at departure. The staff was very cooperative. I spent very short time at this hotel but whatever time i have spent has gone good because of the understanding staff. They have restaurant as well which is very pocket friendly which didnt made me move outside to have food. I was able to complete my urgent business work because I wasnt hitched with any other tension. Thanks aureole for serving me the best you can. They are very great for the price they are charging. Trust me guys and visit whenever you will be visiting mumbai

I visited mumbai last week with my friends at Aureole hotel and we had amazing time spent there. We did not faced any problem while check-in and check-out which again won my heart. Prices according to the facilities are very reasonable and staff was very understanding. They have in-built restaurant named Lume which serves amazing food at good price, so i would call it a complete package for all those who stays in the hotel. This hotel really worth 5 stars.

Short & simple but excellent stay at aureole. Stayed here on business trip for three nights. I must say the rooms are neat & clean with all needed amenities placed. Resturant is good for morning breakfast. Check in & check out was flexible without any hassle. Staff are very friendly & corporative. So its simply great day at aureole for a business traveller.

1. Lack of hospitality Hotel staff is not at all focused towards serving the guests and present a very unprofessional customer approach. 2. Basics The hotel is competing in such a marget segment where they are only focused towards themselves, amenities such as dental & shaving kits are on chargeable basis. Only 1 water bottle for your stay post that pay and enjoy. Great work !! 3. Location Please come walking if ur visitng this property as the road is under construction and isnt accesible. Pot holes and garbage dumps outside hotel vicinity. I would only appraciate the design and ergonomics of the rooms. Looks appealing and comfortable. However team Aureole there isnt adequate lighting in the rooms. You guys need to take corrective actions and ensuring customer satisfaction else you wont be having satsified and delighted guests.

An amazing experience everytime we visit Lume restaurant in Aureole Hotel..... Excellent service ! Amazing staff who suggestions are Bang on! Would surely love to go to dine at Lume over n over again....
