I stayed in an Executive Room and the amount I was charged was not value for money. The room was average. Toilet was very small and oridinary. No seperate space for shower and if you take shower you will spoil the mirror. Executive room supposed to be the top most category but I was surprised to see that there was no Tea/Coffee maker in the room. The Hotel doesn't provide even a 500 ml complimentary water bottle. Breakfast was complimentary but with very few options. The only good part of this hotel is the location. Overall this hotel is best option for tourist who wants to visit Central Mumbai for shopping or sight seeing and can stay 1 night easily.

I could not get room service, in-spite of repeated reminders. Even after complaining to reception desk. My CitiBank credit card was refused for room tariff, as there was something wrong with the POS machine. I had to run to the nearest ATM to get cash. I had keep my window closed as it looked directly into area of disrepute.

Where to start on the experience I had. Be it early morning coffee/ tea, which can be pre ordered a night before by dropping a chit in the pot in the restaurant area, acts as an alarm as well or I should talk about our relaxed time after dinner on the swing outside the reception. This is certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in

Happened to stay in this hotel on account of our corporate meetings. The plus point of this hotel is its location as it is situated at distance of less than 10 minutes from the Mumbai Central. The rooms of the hotel are clean, comfortable and give a feel of relaxation. The food served is also good however staff should be more courteous. As far as hotel restaurants are concerned, the staff is considered to be more generous towards serving the customers. The staff lacked attentiveness towards the guests. Rest other things were all good. Yes, repeat stay can be made at this hotel considering the location, rooms, hospitality, food.

The building is very shabby. Rooms were small and the facilities were just average. The surroundings were very dirty. Service was not very good and we had to complain repeatedly to get the lights fixed.

Am a regular at this hotel since 2012. However, had a harrowing experience this time. Checked in on 17th May 2015. Today on 18th left for my office at 9.30am and returned at 11.00pm. Was absolutely stunned to find the room not made up. Everything, including morning tea cups, soiled bed sheets and towels etc. Were as it is. On inquiry the reception clerk Mr. Danish feigned ignorance and had the audacity to say that we can complain as we like. Zameel Ahmed the house keeping in charge felt sorry and was quick enough to get the same made up in quick time. Will advice fellow travellers not to entertain this Hotel since over last few years the service has deteriorated abysmally. Anil Sharma

Demo Trip Select rooms on the west side of the hotel and on higher floors. Wifi is available only on the higher floors so ask for floor 6 and 7th.
