We did not have hot water in our bathroom for two evenings of our stay, a plumber did his best but was not too successful, the hotel did not provide any compensation or alternative room.

A big advantage as its just outside the airport but can we have more friendly staff???

It was the worst stay in this hotel. Rooms were very dirty not maintained properly. The food was pathetic of the restaurant. Not recommendable. Very poor service of the staffs.

A colleague had recommended this hotel so I was looking forward to my stay as whilst having visited Mumbai several times I had never stayed in Juhu. The day before I was due to arrive I got a text from the hotel saying that my room had been cancelled as my card to authorise the booking had been declined (despite the fact that the card had worked fine in Delhi and Kolkata). I texted them straight back but didn't hear back. I also emailed them twice but again had no reply. I had booked the room through and also emailed them and heard nothing in return. I was in Kolkata and had poor phone reception so was unable to call them but thankfully had a colleague who lived locally who was able to remake the booking on his card despite being originally told that there were no free rooms. He raised the fact that I had made numerous attempts to contact them to try to sort it out but this had been ignored but they were disinterested in giving any kind of explanation or apology. On arrival at the hotel the service was efficient but not particularly friendly - but it was late and so I was just grateful to get to my room. Unfortunately that's when the real disappointment began. The room (406) was tiny. I knew it was going to be small but was surprised st how little space there was - there was barely enough floor space to put my suitcase down flat. But the worst aspect was the revolting smell. The room had an overpowering smell of damp - there clearly is nowhere near enough ventilation in the bathroom and the wardrobe also smelt horrid - it was unusable. I was told that the hotel was full so there was no option to move. My days in Mumbai were completely full with meetings so I had no time to identify a suitable alternative and am sure that I would have still been charged even if I had left early. I would say though that when I walked past other rooms that were being serviced they did look nice - just avoid the economy rooms as they are not worth the money in any way. The hotel was also very noisy at night - I was woken every night multiple times by doors slamming, loud talking and other disturbances. On a positive note though I found the free wifi more than satisfactory and the breakfast was nice with the staff there very accommodating. The bathroom was also really nice despite the smell which was worse in the room rather than the actual bathroom. It's a shame that the visit wasn't more positive but Bawa really did not live up to expectations and they need to either sort out room 406 or stop letting it out. Personally I would look elsewhere in Juhu if I were to stay there again.

Easily one of the most satisfying hotel stays we've had. We booked a room at the property through OYO for 5 nights and the entire process was hassle free thanks to the reception staff at Bawa Continental who were cooperative through out the stay. The house-keeping staff did a very efficient job. The room was tidy every evening we returned to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was above par and the in-house restaurant served great food. The staff always wore wide smiles and were extremely helpful. They constantly created a positive vibe around them. Small gestures like the goodnight chocolates they keep in your room every evening adds to the experience. I would suggest Bawa Continental to anyone looking for a great hotel stay around Juhu and Andheri. The hotel experience will be far better than what you'd expect from the reviews you read online. It was for us.

the hotel offered a room which I did not like but the staff was helpful in shifting me to another room road facing room was good with nearly all amenities. Breakfast had a good spread and the staff was polite. Good hot el to stay in.

I visited hotel with family. It was very nice stay. Room was very nice . Location of the hotel is very good. All main eateries are near by. Juhu beach is at walkable distance. Hotel staff was very good and always ready and happy to help. One can get star catagory food to roadside food within the 200mts of hotel distance. Truely worth the money spent. Thank you oyo and thank you hotel bawa continental . See you soon.

I had the pleasure of staying here twice and it has been quite a good experience. The rooms were clean and the service was good. There was some technical glitch with the wifi but they were quickly sorted out. The Food is was pricey but was good. Its quite near to Juhu Beach and bang opposite the Marriot and right next to Starbucks. Overall I would not mind staying here anytime i have a programme near Juhu Mumbai
