The room was large and clean. It was nice to see clean toilets too. Bathrooms were large with running hot/cold water. Food was good specially the chinese food. I was happy with the prompt service...keep it up. Staff were very polite.

Rooms are quite large of the hotel and it is very close to dadar station. Staff service is pretty prompt and courteous. Location was very good and made it convenient to travel to the city.

I have stayed from 07th to 15th Nov2016, during stay i had very bad experience. INR 20,000/- Cash stolen from my suitcase in my room & after that hotel had not taken any action against of this & denied for any stolen cash from my room. I have taken 1dbl but stayed on single occupancy & at the time of checkout they had charged 01 Extra bed on my total billing. Plz do not take this hotel at any cost, as its not safe for any point.

This Hotel is comparatively small, but they are refurbishing it. Top 3rd floor renovation is completed and the stay in this floor rooms is enjoyable. It is a good business and family hotel. Hotel staff is very co-operative. The hotel serves complimentary breakfast, which has to be ordered from their fixed menu and will be served in the rooms. Room size is comfortable for three persons, good decor and well maintained. The hotel is very well connected by Road and train facilities.

The hotel is managed very poorly. I am a tour operator and booked the hotel for my customers. To confirm the time of check-in of guests i called the hotel the day of check-in and informed them. They said the hotel will be ready by usual check-in time with is 12noon. Later around 2pm I got a call from our customers telling me that they were not allotted the room yet. I talked to the hotel manager and they told me that they are still cleaning the rooms and will arrange in 10 mins. I thought the issue was resolved. My customer calls me again at 3pm and told me they are still waiting for the rooms. I called and shouted at the management and finally the rooms were allotted at 3:30pm. It was a terrible experience. I would never book this hotel for myself or for our customers.

We booked oyo room in bawa regency. Check in was smooth. Location is good near Dadar Station. Room is on the fisrt floor which was very small and old. No spac for easy moving in room . But was clean n tidy. Bed was comfortable. Linen was clean . AC was working fine but making some noise as old one . bathroom was clean but very old and deteriorating. Service is good. Staff( reception and room service) was helpful and courteous .as the hotel is under renovation on third floor we get disturbance . we were there for exams. I raised issue with manager n they immediately changed our room on ground floor which was delux room without any extra charge. We stay there for 5 days. Go for new rooms on the third floor.. It's pretty good . overall satisfied with the hotel n service.

One of the good property in Dadar with economical pricing. Good services, nice rooms, quality food, good and decent staff. What's more it's a walking distance from Dadar station. Although I was on a business trip hence solo but it's a decent hotel for the families too
