It was just an average stay in this hotel. Staffs were pretty slow in their service. Food quality was average in taste needs improvement. Rooms were basic with clean and neat bed. For an average stay it's a nice hotel.

We much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sahil: * It is well-located in the downtown area * It has a taxi rank just outside the front door * The staff are keen to help in any way possible * The hotel and its rooms are well-designed, so moving around is easy and getting lost is difficult Less desirable features: * More could be done to vary the breakfast menu more varied * We had very noisy neighbours, perhaps a wedding party? Such groups should be isolated as far as possible from more regular customers * Advice on local attractions - places of historic interest, good eating spots, handicraft outlets, museums, cinemas for example, could be collated into a leaflet for customers * A local good quality map, particularly with public transport nodes and service details should be provided to customers.

I have stayed here before after finding comfortable stay i always prefer this hotel. I have booked for Standard Room type which was neat and tidy. Service was very good, staffs are helpful and friendly. The restaurant was also clean & serves good food. I would certainly recommend this hotel for other travelers who are looking for comfy stay.

First thing, centrally located. Aura is good. Cleanliness is okay. Staffs are best. Specially I am thankful to parveen, rajni swapnil, for their nice attitude helpful nature. I will b obliged to Vicky. As he has served us very calmly n devotedly. But u need to improve a bit on ur food quality. As to stay here one month...it has become our second home. Thanks Nidhi Saxena. Novartis India limited.

Staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable. A definite booking with sahil if you in central mumbai. I was offered a 40 % discount at reception when I made enquiries. A big saving from what I would have paid on the net.

Great stay. Good people. Food is tasty. Rajni is wonderful at her work. 10/10. Rooms clean and staff is very helpful. Reception staff were helpful and very cooperative. The guys out side from opening the car doors to the bell boy are very friendly. We felt safe at all times. Had a wonderful stay. Keep it up

the service from the staff was excellent..they were very helpful.. I was looking for taxi to a destination but all the taxi didnt know how to get there.. but a lady staff by the name of rajvin if i'm not mistaken was very helpful by getting an uber ride for me.. the food was delicious.. a very memorable stay at the hotel..

This hotel is lovely! Staff is courteous and friendly, rooms are well maintained and the food is good too. I love their rooms, is well lit and extremely comfortable equipped with the the necessities. Overall, an excellent stay!
