It was just an average stay in this hotel. Staffs were pretty slow in their service. Food quality was average in taste needs improvement. Rooms were basic with clean and neat bed. For an average stay it's a nice hotel.

We much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sahil: * It is well-located in the downtown area * It has a taxi rank just outside the front door * The staff are keen to help in any way possible * The hotel and its rooms are well-designed, so moving around is easy and getting lost is difficult Less desirable features: * More could be done to vary the breakfast menu more varied * We had very noisy neighbours, perhaps a wedding party? Such groups should be isolated as far as possible from more regular customers * Advice on local attractions - places of historic interest, good eating spots, handicraft outlets, museums, cinemas for example, could be collated into a leaflet for customers * A local good quality map, particularly with public transport nodes and service details should be provided to customers.

I have stayed here before after finding comfortable stay i always prefer this hotel. I have booked for Standard Room type which was neat and tidy. Service was very good, staffs are helpful and friendly. The restaurant was also clean & serves good food. I would certainly recommend this hotel for other travelers who are looking for comfy stay.

The hotel is good, the entrance reception and the rooms are clean and neat, but the breakfat was really very bad, we were not happy with the hotel for providing such a bad breakfast breakfast quality is too poor. mismanagement was there." Only two unprofessional people serviced,if we call him for anything " Just 2 minutes sir "& woh 2 minutes aati hi nahi " when i stayed here last week as far as breakfast time is concern. 2) we dropped early morning before check in time..we stayed in lounge but not offered tea or water by front desk management.." UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT " If the breakfast was good, the hotel could have rated mush better

We book a prepaid taxi before we come out of the baggage hall. right after and before you go through door on the left-hand side. coming from airport book a taxi before you come out. You should pay more than 500-600 rupees. We stay two nights and the hotel is really well maintained. The breakfast buffet is really good and so as the restaurant and room service. The areas surrendered not that great but the hotel is perfect located and with any local taxi you are in the India gate. We went to elephanta cave and very close from Chowpatty beach

We stayed at the hotel a while ago and the service was spectacular, the food was even better. From breakfast to supper there was always a wide variety being offered. The rooms were very comfortable and modern with air-conditioning, electric curtains, TV & more. It was worth the stay and being central in Mumbai everything was close by. The staff was always pleasant and helpful and really made our stay extra special.

Location of the Hotel are centrally located, Breakfast fas are so so, service in Restaurant are poor. Room size are small. Bathrooms are also very tiny. Overall the Hotel except location are not suitable for stayed.
