We had a great experience during our 4 days stay at Courtyard. The location is convenient for airport as well as local attractions. Our room was spacious, clean and well supplied. The Executive lounge has a large selection of beverages and snacks with quite comfortable sitting areas. The restaurant Staff was very courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast has a very wide choice and excellent preparation. We enjoyed the breakfast varieties and Masala Tea service by Rajendra Dhuri and his team. On the day of departure, Mr. Dhuri prepared special Gujarati street food and went extra miles to surprise us with a lovely chocolate cake as a going away present. Not only that but his team and he packed delicious pistachio cookies for us. The lunches and dinners had a variety of options for vegetarians like us. The hotel manager and Concierge staff were very courteous and helpful. This location Marriot has a nice swimming pool and gym. Overall, we had an excellent and memorable stay and will come back again and again.

During the month of December we stayed at CY-Mumbai for 9 days. Summary: 1. Excellent front desk service. 2. Best concierge service I every had. Even at late night they were there to load bags. Upon return to U.S. I realized that I should have tipped more than what I did. 3. Very polite and friendly staff 3. I hope Marriott management folks from US visit your place to learn about your best practices. Hope to stay again during my trip in 2018

Was a pleasure to stay here between 7th and 14th Jan 2017. Was my fourth stay at the hotel and each time they excel above and beyond in service. The quality of service, friendliness of staff and exceptional attention to detail are superbly consistent. In particular I wanted to highlight the amazing team in the Red Zen restaurant. Me and my travelling companions made Red Zen our favourite place to hang out, enjoy some great food and a drink or two and the team here looked after us very well with impeccable service. Namely Abhay, Munulal, Vivek and Rohit who were all great and we enjoyed their company as much as the food and drink. The rooms are great, though poolside facing are better as the ones on the other side look over building development. Not really an issue. Front desk staff are friendly. The only thing negative was that my luggage was very slow to come down from my room on check out - made me wait longer than i wanted. But overall a great place to stay in Mumbai as close to airport and quite easy to get to other places in the city (barring the traffic chaos which you can do nothing about - that is Mumbai for you). Oh and free WIFI is great throughout the hotel ----except in Red Zen where these is poor or no connection - management team please address this and things would be perfect. Thanks.

This hotel really out did any service I've had, stayed a night for layover on route to Goa. Lost a wallet at Bombay International, concierge went above the call of duty. Helped locate wallet with personal service, allowed the shuttle for us to make it to airport for wallet pick up. This hotel really saved a trip from going sour. Will always stay here!! In need of a place to enjoy great food or to lay your head? U should stay here!

Staff are always around to make sure everything is going smoothly and well for the guests. Very well-mannered and helpful crew to provide assistance when I lost my mobile device at the lobby restaurant. Much thanks to their wonderful effort that I managed to get my tablet. Great breakfast selection, staff will also go around to ask if you require more food. A plus for value-added service!
