Excellent location if you gotta stay in Navi Mumbai. The staff are friendly and you got a mall nearby within 5 feet from the hotel gate and two other malls within walkable distance of 5 mins. Though the pricing of the hotel is bit on the higher side, but you wont regret that. I like this property and always stay in here as it is quite modern, safe and you really dont have to bother about anything once here.

Access: The hotel is located in the buzzing Navi Mumbai. Though bit far from the Airport and the city, but those having work in Navi Mumbai area, this is the best option. Parking and Transport: The hotel has free parking for guests staying in the hotel. There is transportation service available from the hotel on request. The railway station and bus depot is at 1-2 min walking distance. So transportation or connectivity is not an issue. Location- The hotel is ideally located next to Inorbit mall, 10 feet from the hotel gate. Two other malls are also at a stone's throw. There are many IT parks and many big companies have their establishments in Navi Mumbai area. So this helps for people staying for business. Front Desk: The check-in and check-out is pretty easy. There is a welcome drink and the atmosphere welcomes you with the friendly staff. Rooms: The rooms are well appointed, clean, offers a good view as well. Food: The 24hours food service available to rooms is tasty and the morning buffet is wholesome. Negatives: 1) I found the pricing of the food a bit on the higher side. 2)The pricing is bit on the higher side for room and also for Internet connectivity. 3)There can be bit disturbance for people sleeping in day time as the room service of other rooms in the floor can bother you a bit. Conclusion: On the whole it was a pleasant stay for me. With the food, the in room temp and the friendly staff, all bang on spot. My 4th stay in 8 months, should justify why I like this property.

During our stay the Experience was like any hotel around with staff poorly trained and may be even illiterate. When we are in the room getting ready to check out the room attendant Ms. Vidya has tried to enter the room with her card without ringing the bell or even knocking. When the safety Lock has caught the door still she could not stop but tried to rush in till we have to scream so that she finally left. On informing the front desk immediately there was no response. Then I had to come down to find out what has happened and I was informed that the room was checked out and that is the reason they want to enter the room to check the mini bar. When I asked who has checked out the room as it was informed that it will be checked out by 14:00. Front office executive Mr. Omkar has checked it out and he has left so they don't have any clue why it was done. When I contacted the duty manager regarding entering the room when the card is inside he replied that it is the usual as many guests forget card inside and they enter the room without knocking to check the mini bar. With that answer I thought I am not staying in hotel of a good reputed management but among a bundle of idiots who don't have any interest on basic safety and privacy of the guests staying in the hotel. When I inquired about any superior to him is available to talk to he said he is the biggest brain available. Then I have given a written complaint for which I have taken acknowledgement from him and left the hotel because discussing an issue with a person who doesn't understand the issue is waste of my energy. If you have to offer guests a good stay experience you should run the organisation with good standard operating instructions. In this incident the Front desk guy did not check out the room by confirming the room no., name of the guest and check if the card is returned or not. The room attendant should have clear instructions when they have to enter the room which has the card inside and it is clearly known from outside as occupied. I don't think any hotel management will not enter an occupied room without proper confirmation. I think the management of this property is by a bunch of Brainless Idiots who don't really have any Experience or Eligibility to run a property in hospitality Industry. This Incident is one among the many happening may be with the operating instructions the staff are having. This type of management may risk the reputation of the other properties in the same banner. Hope this will help you to change the operations in this property for the better stay of other guests in future as anyways I am never going to visit this property.

Stayed here for 5 days. The best was the staff and breakfast everyday. Even though felt a little repetitive, still was good. Nearby there are malls, theater, railway station n bus station in walkable distance. The problem is that to travel to many sightseeing places it take a lot of time due to traffic. The rooms very comfortable and the staff are very kind enough to help anytime. Room service is spot on. Everyday things are cleaned and toiletries are refilled. The only problem is the water bottles. They give only half litre bottles so have to often call them for re-filling them. Food other than breakfast is ok. I will recommend to try in near by mall which has more options.

Location: The hotel is next to the shopping mall and some local eateries in Navi Mumbai Hotel: I stayed at Four Points for 2 weeks during a business trip. The hotel is a standard four points Sheraton mid range hotel. The lobby area is pretty basic and small. The rooms are a good standard for Mumbai and well kept and the bathrooms are modern. The views from the rooms are pretty dreadful. If you are on the lowest level 4 the view is of an awful roof covered in bird poo! Ask for a room on the highest floor if possible. The hotel is good for a business trip but I wouldnt stay here for a holiday. I only stayed here because it was close to the office. Theres not much to do in the local area for a westerner and you stand out like a sore thumb as soon as the leave the hotel complex. You will get hassled for money on the street even on the 50m walk to the shopping mall. Bars and Restaurants: There is a small restaurant/ cafe on the ground floor which is basic. The restaurant on level 1 is much better. This is where breakfast is served. I have to say the breakfast buffet is great. A huge selection of food from made to order eggs, to curry, pastries, cakes, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, breads, smoothies and juices. The bar is a sad affair. It is small and unwelcoming, feels like it hasnt been renovated since the 80s! There is a happy hour from 4-6 (in fact the bar only opens at 4) 2 for 1 beers of kingfisher or fosters. The kingfisher was fine but that ran out by Tuesday and they only had Fosters which was completely flat, not a single bubble in the beer. Trying to explain this to the bar staff was impossible so we left the flat beer and went elsewhere. Facilities: The hotel has 1 outdoor pool, which is pretty grim. The area is baron with no seating areas or bar, not during the week anyway. I doubt if it gets any better at weekends. The gym is surprising good, variety of equipment and a large size but it looks like its open to non hotel guests. The gym etiquette is interesting in Mumbai, basically you get hassled to hurry up if you are taking a break between sets, very odd when theres a variety of other equipment they could use. Verdict: The hotel facilities are average, the rooms are good considering its Mumbai and a mid range hotel. I wouldnt stay here again though. I would try another hotel if I had to stay in Navi Mumbai again. Oh and the lifts seems to break down frequently which is annoying. They broke down 4 times in the 2 weeks I stayed. The staff are not in a hurry to fix them when told its broken.

All staff are very nice and professional here, always feel happy to be here. Swagatika from gurst relation and Omkar from front desk, entire front desk staff are so good , Amritesh from wrapped, Ganesh and Mono from Travel desk, and Rahul Sukre the supervisor from Housekeeping and everyone in Asian Kitchen. :) The room is comfortable and the food is delicious and various kinds of choice. And also the hardworking drivers Ram and others are also good, Ambalas, Patil, Shahaji, and Asian Kitchen staff chef Hemant, Sumaila, Amista, Askhey, Deepak, Rupesh, and Doorman Sheshmani.
